Wonderful service and beautiful rooms

お昼に荷物を預け、街を散策した後、チェックイン。名前を伝えようとしたら、覚えていてくれて、すぐ部屋に案内してくれました。

シェイクスピア劇場の目の前にあるので、観劇にはとても便利。シェイクスピアの生家にも近く、ロケーションは最高。水やりんごは部屋にいつもあり、コーヒーも部屋にフレンチプレスが置いてある。サービスが良い。

スタッフはフレンドリーでとても良くしてくれた 。食事も美味しかった バスルームは バスタブ、シャワーは別でとても広かったが 、部屋は真ん中にクローゼットがあり使いづらかった。 ちょうど窓の外が工事中だった為、日中は音がうるさかった。 ホップオンホップオフのバス停が近く便利でした。

ロイヤルシェイクスピア・カンパニー劇場が目の前、どこに行くのも近く便利です。部屋も清潔で広々して居心地が良かったです。ディナー付で予約したのですが、チェックインの際にちゃんとそのことを伝えないと分かってもらえませんでした。レストランにも伝わっていないようで再度説明してどうにかディナーにありつけました。食事は味、量とも満足できるもので、レストランの雰囲気も良いです。朝食も美味しかったです。朝食後のエイボン川の朝の散歩はとても気持ちの良いものでした。

シェークスピア劇場の目の前にある洒落た小さなホテルでした。 スタッフも優しくフレンドリーで、快適なステイでした。 ただしレストランのスタッフは私語も多く、ちょっと。。

フロントの対応も迅速で、部屋もアメニティも水回りもエレガントな感じで、よかったです。　一つ難点を言えば、ホテル内で増築を重ねてるのか、部屋にいくまで数段の階段が2回ありますので、足の不自由な人は避けたほうがいいでしょう。朝食は自分で調理方法を選べてオーダーでき、果物も豊富でよかったです。夜はシェークスピア劇を見ましたが、すぐ向かいなので帰るのに便利です。遅くて疲れてたので、ルームサービスでエールを頼むことをできて便利でした。

Helpful staff and a very nice boutique style independent hotel. Good menu for dinner and breakfast at reasonable prices . Room spacious and nice amenities .

The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities required, and the location is perfect for the centre of town. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very nice

A great hotel. Very comfortable and well located for Stratford and the RSC.

It was kind of a weird stay in all honesty. The room we’d requested (2 beds) was not what we were given. So showed us 2 other options, one which felt like a subterranean/basement room- the other ( which we ended up with ) was uncomfortably warm ( we ended up opening a window even though it was 8 degrees. They sent someone to separate and make the beds into twin and a (ugh) random fake nail was left on the side table (kinda gross) . Maybe the housekeeper found it on the ground and thought it was ours? It wasn’t. The hotel room had a funky smell to it ( the restaurant also did) . It’s quite a maze to navigate. Staff were friendly although the night we checked one of the ladies at reception desk was clearly very unwell and coughing and sniffing and blowing her nose frequently which was a little off putting. I saw her working in the dining room the following evening so we skipped the restaurant entirely. We weren’t told that you need a token to exit the parking lot ( if you have a car I’d suggest asking in advance) so that would have been helpful to know before getting in the car, and attempting to drive out. Beds were comfy. Overall fairly clean room ( carpets could use a refresh) Mostly quiet ( aside from some strange loud plumbing/utility room noise) The reception is very modern but the rooms are quite dated. You can’t beat the location - short walks to everything. The pub next door has amazing food and atmosphere. Wouldn’t stay again as we left pretty unimpressed.

The room was everything we needed for a night in Stratford Upon Avon. The hotel is central and walking distance of dining, shops and attractions. The reception welcomed us and showed us directly to our room which was a nice touch. Staff were very nice. The rooms are spacious although a little creaky. We could hear the guests above us walking around of an evening and morning. Bed and bedding very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay with the best part being the convenience of location. Thank you.

The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed. The room was absolutely lovely. We would like to praise the staff for their reactive response to the initial issue that we had - these things happen and it the response and customer care we received was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, very well situated and breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms. There was some loud and horrid commotion at reception when we arrived but once we got to our room we were fine.

Very courteous staff , nice clean room , and very good parking . Close to the RSC and all the shops . The bathroom needs updating , bath chipped and extractor fan not working , the bed is very hard and could do with a topper to make it comfortable . Also the bucket chairs very uncomfortable tbucket chairs
