Lady on reception/cook/cleaner was non stop, she was doing multiple tasks. Her cooked breakfast was good and tasty.....BUT they are the ONLY good points. The hotel is screaming for a FULL overhaul from top to bottom. The whole hotel is tired and dated. worn carpets

A good clean accommodation, nearly inside the cricket ground. I enjoyed my one night stop over, with no problems. Friendly receptionist willing to help..

Staff helpful. Was staying the night as I had to be up early for a conference at the Village Hotel and couldn’t afford their prices. I was late to the conference as I slept in, so must have been a comfortable bed. Very easily located in the heart of Headingley (just near the Cricket ground) and had parking, so a great all round.

The manager Mark was very helpful. The bed was confirtable. Clean and goid quality towels. Very close to transportabd small gricery shoppkus cafes

Rooms not cleaned properly

The hotel was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting and the staff were rude at check in. Won’t ever be returning.

Really nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. So thank u. The rooms are small but u dont need much when it's just for a rest spot for a few days. Thanks again to the staff and making sure my daughter had everything she needed. Much appreciated.

Although this hotel may at first appear dated it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel provides value for money in a great location. Our stay at the Boundary Hotel was greatly enhanced by Andrew who went above and beyond at every stage to look after us.

They place was horrid was like haunted House smelly. Dirty out dated over priced charge me nearly £48 what was meant to be 30 on site only thing was bed was clean bathroom was not clean broken tiles on floor door was un safe in the room stunk of cannabis plz avoid never even sleeped never in my life have I seen anything so bad if I was not so tired after spending 3 days. In hospital I would not stayed but needed to relax that never happened was scary people plz avoid at all costs

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was ok, a little unclean and chewing gum stuck on the wall next to the bed. Ideal for a cheap, one night stay

The owner and staff are lovely and made us feel incredibly welcome. Unfortunately the room needs some upgrading and TLC, the sink didn’t work and the carpet was rather grimy. The toilets and showers are in need of repair and cleaning, we had breakfast once but again it wasn’t overly clean so decided to go elsewhere after that. Really friendly and welcoming group of people.

The property is functional however I the room was not cleaned properly, I found a toe nail clipping in my bed and and dust all over the room. The wallpaper is pealing and chipped in some places. Furniture is chipped as well. The shared bathrooms were dirty with clogged drains and showers with low water pressure. Tea and coffee facilities were provided but very limited. The walls between rooms are very thin, you can hear other guests conversations and then snoring. Road noise is a large issue as the windows are only double glazed and next to a busy road even in the late evening/early morning, in conclusion I would not recommend staying at the boundry hotel as you will not be well rested afterwards.
