Much better than we expected. Very comfortable and functional room and bathroom. Plenty of space too and loads of parking. The separate pub//restaurant was a fantastic facility and a great base to explore then many things to do around Nottingham. Thanks for a great stay

The Bowman was great. On an accessibility note, for anyone having issues stepping high, the tub in the family unit is almost 2 feet tall and can be challenging to step into.

Stayed here for work … Rooms ideal … everything was clean and tidy … And ground floor rooms were cool in the extremely hot weather Lots of deals on the pub food too !!

Nice spacious room for a long stay. Good Wifi and could easily plug my fire stick into the TV. Room tidied every day and cleaned upon request. On the other hand, breakfast was awful. Pub was dirty and the nozzles were off the beer taps at about 8 which i thinks a bit unwelcoming. 24 hour front desk is a bit misleading as it is unmanned most of the night with a phone number to call. Walls are very thin and i was facing the pub so noise from there too.

Good welcome, nice large room. However the two room heaters were not working. Despite reporting and being assured they would be looked at they were not fixed or any update provided. There was a standalone heater which did work giving some heat in the room. No room service provided - reception were going to look into as it should have been. The bathroom fan was uncomfortably loud, to the point you would want it on unless absolutely necessary! It was queried but were told ‘they are all like that’! Single bed not very comfortable (adult) so maybe only suitable for a child? Breakfast in pub was good, with plenty of options.

Second time staying at the Bowman during a difficult time, the staff were excellent, kind and helpful, really went above and beyond. This really made my stay more enjoyable. The facilities were clean and suitable for my needs. Great parking and a quiet area.

Food excellent

Good hotel, nice staff but yet again room provided was not the ones selected. This happens frequently with Hotels.com and is becoming a little tedious at times. Just simplify the room choices and stop offering upgraded rooms at upgraded prices if you aren't going to give the correct rooms upon arrival

Great staff, easy access ro breakfast facilities and room was quiet even rhough it was next to a pub.

Nobody in reception at 20:50 with note to press call button but after 10 mins nobody turned up. We called all the numbers listed but there was no answer / number un-recognised. Went to the attached pub and asked about the reception and told someone would be coming over, 5 mins later receptionist arrived and announced that the attached restaurant was closed. Not a good first impression!

The staff was very accommodating to our need.
