The beds, rooms, shower were comfy, clean and we slept well. Shower was easy to operate, water pressure good, water was also hot. Staff great beer etc reasonably priced We always enjoy our stay The council should allocate parking for the residents. outside the Inn,

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. A great stay and will book again when we visit Richmond again

Staff were fab, rooms basic but clean and ideally situated. Food great - had breakfast and dinner there

Great pub with good atmosphere. Room was a bit tired but perfectly adequate and comfy bed.

Room was clean but carpet bady stained and lots of mould on ceiling in shower. Reception was very cluttered but staff pleasant. Breakfast ok. Disc parking. Luckily we arrived at 4.30 pm otherwise disc would have expired and we would have had to find alternate parking. Would not stay here again.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfasts (But no yogurts selections). Room was good enough for what I needed. But, there is a bright LED street light outside the window that on all night. Makes it difficult to blackout the room, even with the blinds. Parking is an issue due to no hotel parking. All local parking is either P&D or two-hour hours free on issued paper parking timers. 8am to 6pm. Unless you find a free residential parking area around a 15-20 min walk away. Overall, the stay was a good value for money trip.

The place looks nice from the outside but inside very dated, staff nice, breakfast nice bedroom very poor shower very poor I think still in the 80s, bed was OK, walls stairs and doors need renovating very poor or even a lick of paint.

Generally very good stay. Landlady made me feel at home and lent me a parking disc which gave me free parking until 10.00am the next morning. Very nice cooked breakfast with cereal and proper coffee. Only small issue was that the curtains let in more street lamp light than I'm used to. Blackout curtains would have been ideal.

I have stayed here a number of times and have loved it every time. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the inn's location is perfect and breakfast is delicious. A perfect place for a little getaway.

I don't think place hasn't had a penny spent on it since the 80s if not the 70s. Enough said. Good location for parking and Richmond Town center, and nice beer garden, but wouldn't spend another £100 on staying here again for one night. Bar staff were lovely. Breakfast was tasteless.

Nice room, comfortable beds and lovely crisp white quality bedding. Breakfast was great, plentiful and well cooked. Very welcoming hosts, a perfect overnight stop. Thank you

We didn't stay at this hotel because we were lead to believe that parking was included but it was only for two hours then car had to be moved to paying car park then moved again at 6pm till 8am. Husband has difficulty walking so it wasn't convenient.

Friendly helpful and welcoming. Room a decent size and clean. Nice views over Castle. Nice cooked breakfast and was overall good value for money accommodation close to Richmond centre

Good value hotel in the heart of Richmond. Friendly staff, spacious bedrooms, nice breakfasts and plenty of different rooms to enjoy a drink and meal.

Stayed at the Buck few times & will happily stay again, great stay in the very pleasant location of Richmond
