The only reason that I can't give the Bull Inn 5 stars is due to the really strange lay-out whereby the shower is totally open to the room. Obviously, if you share a room with someone, you're going to know each other very well, but having some privacy when you shower would be a good thing.

Super cute establishment! Room was super clean, room service came every day and replenished everything. 2 complimentary bottles of water provided every day. Staff literally bent over backwards to accommodate every step of the way. The restaurant was absolutely fire!!

Accommodation was good and as described

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, nice shower room. Loved the cow theme which you see throughout the hotel. Friendly welcome. Asked for an early check in which was sorted with no problem.

Our second stay here, we love it so much! The staff are wonderful and our room (Cowslip) was spacious and a beautiful place to stay, with a lovely big comfy bed and lovely tea and coffee selection (and biscuits!) We had everything we needed. The food downstairs is always excellent and the pub and restaurant have a great, cosy atmosphere. Just a couple of tiny things to improve on - the shower head isn’t great (think possibly just needs a good clean) and an extension lead on the unit by the TV would be super helpful (or a longer cable for the kettle!) - I’d also appreciate softer pillows, but that’s a personal choice and other than that I have absolutely nothing negative to say and we will be back (wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Lakenheath) thank you!

Room was spotless. Service was so kind. We had a great stay. Would go back in a jiffy if we could.

Lovely hotel...room was very comfy, well furnished and clean. Staff are lovely. Very friendly and very helpful.

Appeared to have recently changed ownership or management, not quite in their groove. Bedroom window latch wouldn't shut & they laid out breakfast right next to us whilst we were eating our dinner in the restaurant. Staff were mainly young but friendly.

Overnight stay on route to Snetterton Circuit on Sunday. Stayed in the Cowshed self contained room just away from building; great facilities and quiet space away from a wedding party on the day

Great quirky pub, restaurant and hotel. Ideal for us on our way to Norwich. Have stayed before, so was looking forward to going back. Delicious food, lovely, comfy beds in fun 'cow' themed rooms. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. Will definitely stay there again, on our next trip to that part of the world.

Great place! Good location for travelling. Great welcome and in a newly refurbished room, very comfortable and quiet despite being near the main road. Great bar, evening meal and breakfast very good

A genuine English coach stop, built 1600-ish! Some modern features (like private baths) but the charm of Old English accommodations!

Overall it was alright for an overnight stay. There were some mould on the bathroom tiles on the floor and on the wall. Some of the lights were not working so the room was dimly lit.

Really friendly staff - bit of an issue with water temperature of shower - but they tell me a cold shower is good for you!!

Room was tiny, stairs going up and down felt unsafe due to slope on the tread, bed was very small for two people, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was average

Great little place and a comfortable stay. Only one small issue heating, the room was cold.
