駅からとおく、タクシー移動が必要だった。駅前にタクシーはほぼ停まっていない(駅前に公衆電話あり)。 部屋はツインを予約。清潔にされている。シャワーのお湯の量が圧倒的に少なくとても寒かった。フロントのスタッフは、とても対応の良い女性がいた(他のスタッフは普通の対応)。

Stayed while visiting family - just one night. Hotel could do with a refurb, however, the room was clean, breakfast good and staff excellent.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. But it is a dated and old, needs renovating. I was told that it is being renovated as part of all the hotels in the group but it will take some time.

Very pleasant stay. Nice Full English Breakfast. Hotel recommended.

Clean room all ready for us by Claire. Friendly helpful welcome on reception. Very dog friendly. Good cooked breakfasts. Amle car parking. Good directions signs on approach roads

Ok hotel bathrooms could do with updating stayed her a few times always friendly cooked breakfast good could do with abit more choice on the pastries.

The room was dated with cobwebs around the light fittings. One switch controlled the whole rooms lighting, which was bizarre. There was mold spores on the bathroom ceiling and the grouting had been painted over with white paint. The carpet had seen better days, with one corner having no pattern left on it and being thread bear. There was a private function going on, which was very noisy and didn't finish until 1 am. There were then lots of traffic in the corridor, between rooms. We were travelling with two dogs, who were constantly being disturbed by the noise. Apart from that, the bed was comfortable. Would I stay here again, unfortunately not.

Staff are really nice. Hotel needs to be upgraded a bit lack of plugs in the room if you have the tv on only leaves one other plug

Breakfast was very well organised. , very friendly staff. Hotel needs a little updating. Only 2 single sockets in the room . 1 for Tv and the other kettle. Makes things difficult when 2 are staying. Trying to charge phones and wanting to dry your hair etc. be warned you maybe be staying when there’s a wedding. At the hotel. There was 2 wedding s over the weekend and it gets very noisy and limited areas for hotel guests.

Clean & comfortable . I liked the fact we had a window that would o[en & it had a bath. Good breakfast the next morning. Some of the carpets are looking a bit worn. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay but property in need of some TLC. Bit expensive for food and drink. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Super Sam!
