駅から徒歩5分。便利で、ホテルは小さ部屋は狭いけど、おしゃれで快適でした。

内装がお洒落。2年前に訪れた時とロビーのアートやミュラルの絵が変わっていて、次回訪れるのが楽しみになりました！

アメニティーやお菓子、コーヒー紅茶が充実していて良かったです。

We had a great experience and the room was really funky.

This place is a must for me. Friendly, respectful staff. The hotel was spotless and if I had any questions, the front desk person was there to help, especially when I first checked in. I don’t remember the young lady’s name, but I do remember she was Hungarian, super nice and polite. Thank you 😊

Great find in such proximity to Kensington and all its attractions. Starting to look a little bit tired, but OK. Our room (307) had a nice little balcony / terrace which was great. However the noise from other rooms and also from the noisy pipework wasn’t great. Good breakfast!!

Staff were brilliant as usual and the manager very kindly upgraded me to a penthouse suite

This was quite simply the best hotel we may have ever stayed at! We couldn’t recommend this more. We stayed in the squint splash suite and simply, wow! If you love a jacuzzi/hot tub, stay here! Location is great, it was clean, staff are friendly, simply fab!

Great location, quirky room design and some lovely touches like good quality toiletries and in room refreshments. Happy hour was a bonus too.

A cozy hotel located very centrally. Good breakfast with what was necessary and enough of it. The windows were not particularly light-tight, so the traffic noise was very penetrating. In some places, safety messages were painted over in the same color as the decoration, making it difficult to see and read them.

Beautiful stay in a lovely spacious room. Loved having a bath and shower. Artwork and decor make it a unique and interesting place to stay. Perfect location - close to underground and within walking distance to restaurants and the Natural History Museum and Kensington Gardens. If planning on arriving by train and you have luggage - be aware there is no lift or escalators at Kensington South station. Cocktail happy hour at the hotel is well worth it, together with a delicious, reasonable priced, meal. Brilliant service throughout the hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A lovely, little hotel in the heart of Kensington. Staff was attentive and professional. Room was tiny, but homely and clean. The only problem is the facilities are not to the level of a 5-star hotel.

Everything is ferfect.

Positives - good location, nice reception / breakfast area, fun quirky decor, nice good sized bathroom with separate shower and bath, and free water and snacks in the room - the bathroom toiletries are high-end RITUALS products and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful Negatives - room was supposed to be a king size bed - it was actually 2 singles pushed together and one slumped in the middle causing me to roll to the centre of the bed and the gap between matresses- very uncomfortable- also duvet was synthetic- so quickly became too hot , the old elevator is Tiny - only fits 2 people and it’s incredibly slow- waited 10 mins for it at Breakfast time For what I paid it represented ok value - would stay again.. but would insist on real double bed!

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful area and hotel and very close to subway station in a safe area of London and the Natural History Museum. My go to hotel when on business in London.
