Room Spotless, staff were very helpful and polite, The food was delicious. Good location too.

This fabulous place did not disappoint! Incredible room, delicious food and a lovely walk in to Brighton down the beachfront. Will definitely go back!

Everyone starting with the manager Francesco was gracious. I was especially grateful for the complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, stylish and well equipped. Downstairs the cocktail bar was excellent and I appreciated the 2 for 1 cocktail specials. Sea view too!

All the staff were excellent - friendly & helpful. A great welcome. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and thoughtfully equipped....cleanliness excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Very welcoming. Great location for the seafront.....parking was surprisingly easy which is always a bonus. The only downside for me were the strange overnight noises which made sleep very difficult for a light sleeper. Difficult to fathom if they were the result of weather, architectural configurations ......a real shame as the Ginger Rooms have so many excellent features.

Very pleased with the room which was upgraded, clean and comfortable! Also bar and restaurant were excellent!

Lovely rooms and some nice touches, such as fresh milk in the fridge. shame that didn’t extend to replenishing the tea bags. We’d stay again but ask rather than assuming we’d get what we need

Visiting for family wedding weekend. Comfortable room and bed, many small details added to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent service and friendliness from all staff. High levels of cleanliness throughout.

Lovely hotel. Restaurant was buzzing when we arrived. We were shown to our room which was clean tidy and decorated stylishly. There is a fridge in the room. Bed was comfy and bathroom was large with a lovely big shower Just a few minutes from the seafront.

Bed is a bit creaky and not much room to navigate on one side

Second time staying, room 6 way smaller than 5 and sadly early deliveries and collections (05:30) prevented a gentle wake up. We love Hove, the food, beach… atmosphere…. Parking is close… Would just love to be lucky enough to lay in..

Lovely pleasant staff, Lukas booked us in and it really was an easy stay from there .The room was smartly presented, tea coffee and water is complimentary .The coffee machine could have done with instructions I've not used the pod ones before( though perhaps there are ? and I missed them? Apologies if that is the case) I managed to work it out with aid of you tube so all good .The lighting isnt great, quite gloomy especially in the bathroom if you want to do your makeup but again you can get round this. The bedroom was very comfortable, air conditioned and you could open the windows too- always a plus . We didnt eat here however we did have cocktails in the bar and the bar staff produced excellent margaritas always a good sign as so many get them so wrong. Would highly recommend The Ginger Pig

Stayed in small double bedroom, great quality room with comfy bed and immaculate facilities. Our only issue would be light getting past the window blind which woke us. Would stay again.

Fabulous room, excellent restaurant and great service.

this is our favourite place when visiting Brighton and Hove. We find new favourite bars and restaurants every time we return.

I have a lung and chest problem and any type of stairs which are steep are not for me, I think they should ask people if you are staying on the top floor if they have a problem, my husbands blood pressure drops which the docs can’t figure out those stairs are an issue when you have that problem. The breakfast was lovely. Thanks

just stayed for a night.... perfect place...location to beach wonderful... sadly it was only one night... When i return to Brighton, which hopefully wont be too long i will definitely book The Ginger Pig
