とても、わかりにくい場所にありましたが、何とかたどり着けましたのと、部屋は広くて、ベッドも広かったので、Wi-Fiもあり、助かりました。

I didn’t actually stay, the deposit etc was difficult to make being from overseas and with limited internet access. It would be nice having someone actually on the property to check you in! Also the £50 charge to get you a few minutes ride to the airport was ridiculous! So be warned, where it says shuttle service, it’s not! I had to forfeit my booking and find somewhere more convenient.

Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night.

HORRENDOUS. DO NOT BOOK. The room was dilapidated, with no coffee or TV and the shower did not work properly. “24 hour airport shuttle” was listed as an amenity; however, when we called to enquire as to how to access it were told to get an Uber. What staff we were able to reach were not at all helpful and / or unresponsive. There is no-one onsite to assist. Nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COST.

There was no sign of the hotel name. Difficult to find the hotel. Shared toilets and shower.

Horrible. Spend not much more and go anywhere else. First the weird text messages asking for ID and money, with no reference to the bookings. Customer support said it’s fraudulent and not to engage. Later said, no it’s actually the property. The property itself is a house in a residential area. What you’re booking is a single grotty room. The walls are paper thin, got no sleep thanks to people literally just talking in the downstairs room. Bathroom was gross. It was my mistake for thinking this would be habitable.

Poor Customer Service. I never got the key code to access the property and ended up stranded. Tried to contact them for a refund and they refused. Horrible experience!

Locked out before 10pm they didn’t send the entrance codes in time for my check in. The shower drain was blocked so I couldn’t shower for more than 2 mins as the water would have flowed into the room. Place was old and tired and the service was appalling trying to get in.

We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk.

Horrible service , property damages around . Washroom is terrible.

In the middle of no where. Nothing close by

Everything was great apart from a staff member giving me wrong info about the car park, but apart from that everything was fine in the hotel, clean and tidy too!

I was unable to find location without address specifics. I did not have email service during flight. I saw the email with house number only after making arrangements at another place and accessing my email. I used the original text message information for the taxi ride but no specifics. So failed to find. All this happened at midnights because of airline delays in departure from Newark NJ. Terrible experience.

I had booked and paid for this room weeks in advance via hotels.com. The property contacted me the day before my stay, requiring me to make a payment via a third-party site for a deposit. They also charged an additional fee for this, which was not mentioned in the hotels.com listing. This feels like a scam: Make the listing appear cheap to look better in a price comparison with other properties, then charge an additional fee at the last minute. Otherwise, the room itself was small but okay for one night.

The location is close to the airport. The property is nice, clean and quiet. Yet, the instruction to get into the property was not clear. The front door is hard to open even with the lock code. AND no indication of where the lock box of our room key is. We had to bother the tenant in Room 1 to finally know that the lock boxes were located on the left outside wall of the building!

Super basic with NO amenities at all. One bath towel per person, no hand towels, no rug for the shower, no hangers to hang you clothes. The lighting choices are 12 super bright lights in the ceiling on one very dim lamp, which isn't even by the bed. One of the shades is broken and won't roll up. One window does not seal shut, so lots of noise. Worst of all, the shower temperature control did not work, so there was only burning hot water - so no shower. When I reported that to management, they basically said I was lying and that everything worked fine. And, oh by the way, there is another bathroom down the hall (which of course we had no knowledge of), so I could have just used it! Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place.

Had several issues during our stay. Contacted the company afterwards who did not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. - No hot water (showers or taps) - Alarm went off at around 6:00am due to anotger guest and was difficult to turn off (woke neighbour who sorted it out) - downstair toilet door broken and did not lock - TV and tea/coffee facilities were specified but not available - no customer service

Stayed in the 3 bed "comfort" room. To complete the booking I had to sign sign pages and pages of off-putting stuff about various ways they could charge you extra. On arrival getting into the room via various key safes was tricky. My room was right by the front door so I got to hear everyone else struggling to check in throughout the night, plus one wall was opaque glass onto the hall, which meant that the light also woke me. Room incredibly basic and shower upstairs. I gave reasonable ratings because I could not fault the price which included free overnight parking. I would consider staying again but would take one of the first floor rooms.

Impressed with cleanliness. Kirchen/Dining room access was a bonus. Struggle to get into the property with instructions received at last minute, although signed terms and conditions and ID submitted beforehand. Plastic holder inside shower room is broken with sharp edge sticking out, I had a minor scratch.
