ロンドン中心地からのアクセスはとても良いです。部屋も綺麗で、お茶やお菓子を毎日補充してくれるのも嬉しかったです！スタッフはみんな親切で、おすすめできるホテルです！

宿泊したのはキングサイズベッド１台の車道側、１階の部屋。全て込みで１泊￥14,000位でした。駅からバス113でOxford Circusまでは５０分ほどで、駅から出てすぐ右に小さいスーパーがあります。（ホテルは左です） 冷蔵庫の中のミネラルウォーターX4（炭酸２、普通２）、缶飲料X３～４に加え、ティーバッグ、インスタントのコーヒーとココア、クッキーが無料です。毎日補充されますが、追加で貰っている人もいました。私は炭酸水は沸かしてガス抜きして飲んでいました。 シャワーは下にもハンドシャワーがあり、カーテンでなくガラス戸なので水漏れしません。静かなエアコンと使いやすい金庫も付いています。ベッドの寝心地はよかったです。 かなり交通量の多い車道に面している部屋でしたが、２重ガラス窓だったのでほとんど気になりませんでした。でも夜中に車の音が気になる方は裏のパーキング側の部屋を希望されたほうがよいと思います。 朝食は平日は7：30～、土日は8：00～ですが早めに行っても大丈夫でした。何種類かのハムとチーズ、スモークサーモンなどがあり、コーヒーや紅茶は好みを言ってスタッフが入れてくれます。 １人での宿泊には十分な広さの部屋でしたが、外国のホテルにありがちな暗い部屋だったのと、タオルがフカフカではなかったので★４つにしました。でもスタッフも感じ良くてとてもおススメです。またロンドンに行ったら泊まると思います。

This hotel is just a little far from a cienter of London. But I can stay in quiet and comfortable. A room is keeping clean and facilities are so nice. There is an anxious point that door frame is not fitting its door. So it makes sound when the door is opening and closing. Even though, I was satisfied for comfortable staying and this hotel.

大満足の滞在。次回のロンドン滞在時も泊まってみたい。ただ、土地勘のない旅行者にとっては、むずかしいかもしれない。レンタカーや公共交通を問題なく利用する知的好奇心の強い若人には、ぜったいおすすめのホテル。

見た目はホテルに見えませんが、入るときれいなホテルの造り。 内装はシックな落ち着きがあって、居心地は最高です。 ロンドン市街から多少離れていますが、地下鉄もバスも使えて便利。

The property is as described, and the pictures on the website accurately reflect the hotel. There is additional parking to the rear of the property via the carport, which I found very secure. The room had all the facilities you may want/need, including others which were not expected, such as toothbrushes and little extras such as L'occitane products. The blind did not work properly in our room, and I would say that the bathroom needed a little TLC, with the mirror needing replacing due to it starting to rust and some grout missing between the tiles.

Poor shelving storage space. Not enough hooks in the bathroom. Need proper hooks on the wall near the door for coats.

A privately run hotel that offers reasonable comfort in a convenient location. Parking can be tight and at a premium during busy times. The list of top up charges for things which other hotels might do for free is extensive and there seems to be a disconnect on the room rates between the main portals and the hotel direct. As you leave they encourage you to come back and book directly with the hotel but having tried that the cost seemed to be hgher. The rooms are fine, some larger and easier to get around or reach than others but all nicely furnished and the bathrooms are decent. Overall a perfectly reasonable hotel for the price and location but not the great place the owners think it is.

**If you are in room 8 and the AC doesn't work, call them out on it. There are multiple reviews of issues with AC and this unit didn't even have power to the AC panel. ** First night we checked in it was a warm night. We were offered a fan at check in, which was an immediate red flag that the AC wasn't working prior to our arrival. The second night we noticed people checking out, we asked to move rooms. They told us it wasn't the same "tier" (a downgrade) but the AC worked. We accepted that change. The "downgraded" room was in our opinion better than our initial room anyways. Next day the AC stopped working in that room and housekeeping took our fan back from our room.. Asked staff about the AC with no resolution. Next day they "pressed the wrong button" and it worked again. We were compensated by one free breakfast.. Hardly even. Other than the AC issues... If you book through Expedia you're treated more poorly than direct. They offer free breakfast if you book direct. - We had no water throughout the hotel for around 12 hours - Breakfast was extremely mediocre - Rooms were very dusty, otherwise clean - Fans should be INCLUDED in each room, you shouldn't have to ask for one (they say "they have a lot on site") - Food on site is pizzas, one oven, if dining for two prepare to watch your SO eat. - Drinks were expensive - Beds were alright - Seemed understaffed for what was going on, namely breakfast - Parking available - Friendly staff - Hardly 4* - Next to train

We had stayed here once before and were really happy about our stay. This time, however, it was over and above our expectations. A lovely welcome, caring and kind attention. Thank you, we'll be back again.

It was our fourth stay at the Hide and, as always, it was great. Easy parking lovely room , good breakfast and amazing staff

Check in was good. KD on reception was very courteous and most welcoming. My room was tastefully decorated and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a relaxing experience. A continental style buffet with a lot of choice. Coffee was excellent and the service was friendly and professional.

Clean hotel great staff. 2 nights couldn’t sleep as was last room on bottom floor and there was a gate outside that kept on slamming all night until at end of trip they said they figured it out and would get it fixed. As well showed up at 2:30 to check in and they said the room is ready but they would have to charge me if I checked in 30 min early as that’s their policy.

Veel voordelen: Mooi ingerichte kamers en badkamer; schoon; vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Ondanks drukke weg heel stil. Nadelen: matige douchegel; kamer nogal klein.

Hemos tenido una estancia estupenda. Hay una estación de metro a escasos metros.
