Very comfortable, warm hospitality, and tasty breakfast. We would like to stay longer next time.

Warm welcome from Paul, went through everything in our very spacious room overlooking garden and sea in distance. Plentiful yummy breakfast with many options. Good position on island bus route and close to railway and bus stations. A very enjoyable stay.

Clean and comfortable , good size room in a convenient area for trains and buses. Not far to walk to old village or seafront. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Paul was friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat in the evening .

I enjoyed my stay at The Kenbury. It's close to the train station and the bus stop is close by. Nice property, lovely staff, comfy firm bed and a nice breakfast selection. Loved having a mini fridge in my room with fresh milk and water, but only quibble is that the fridge is a bit noisy. I would recommend The Kenbury to anyone wanting a nice and cosy place to stay in Shanklin

A lovely stay in a Victorian house Attentive and efficient staff.

Disappointing

Very nice B&B and Paolo was great. Good breakfast, comfortable bed and kept very clean. A short walk to the Esplanade or into town. Only downside is parking, there was enough when we were there (even with the typical Mercedes driver taking 2 spaces!) but inconsiderate neighbours parked (or dumped!) their old vans outside making it tricky to get in and out. Would definitely go again and recommend.

A great guesthouse which is better than many 4star hotels. Staying in a Superior Room it was a good size, lovely and clean and with great extras such as separate "Dressing Room", fridge, fresh milk, complimentary water, pod coffee machine, slippers and towelling gowns.The usual tea & coffee facilities also had a wide choice including hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. Breakfast was delicious cooked to order with plenty of self serve toast, cereals, juices, yogurts etc. to compliment. Service was brilliant. I chose this guesthouse on its reviews and was not disappointed. An excellent 3 day break our thanks to hosts Paulo and Paul.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kenbury, hotel seems almost too cold a word for this warm and friendly place. A good size room, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, and the breakfast is top notch. Overall a very relaxed and peaceful stay. Ideal for connection to rail and bus links as well.

Spacious, bright room; very good location. Nice to have honor bar. Breakfast was well provided.

Clean and tidy, good sized en suite. Excellent breakfast. Handy location to walk into town for evening restaurants. Choice of Indian (2), Thai, Italian, English restaurants. If stairs are a problem, enquire about ground floor location.
