Clean and comfortable. Value for money.

On arrival the immediate surrounding area was very dull. There was some abandoned buildings and the back view from the room was park parks and bins. Arriving at the desk we waited quite a while until the receptionist finished her break to be checked in. That evening there was loud music from a hotel party until at least 5am keeping us up. Other than that, the actual hotel itself was nice compared to the surroundings, the city centre was literally a walk to the end of the road and left, staff were happy to help when asked for things, there was free parking and the room quite nice.

Just a quick short break away.. last minute was needed for my mental health and wellbeing as always in the frontline as a keyworker for transport.

Lovely hotel friendly staff

There were false eyelashes in the sink and all kver the carpet. The kettle still had water in from previous occupier. The shower had hair and a fly in it. And the bin was full of previous occupiers rubbish. Will not be going back.

It was in a bit of a run down area but this was in the right location. About a 10 min walk from the bull ring and the hotel its self was amazing. I was very impressed and worth every penny

Basic accommodation, nothing fancy but nothing else required. Would have been nice to have had at least a TV in the room but the service was grand and very friendly staff!

Very friendly staff. Accomodating. Room smell from drainage, but I guess that couldn't be helped

Room was bigger than expected. Great for the price I paid. Only downside was, the room felt like it was half cleaned; bed was made but no toilet paper, kettle was unclean (previous customers left tea bags inside) and no bin bag was left in the toilet. However once the staff were notified, they attended to all the issues. The hotel has parking and the bullring is a 10 min walk. Overall good for a low expectation stay.

Disappointed that no breakfast when we booked breakfast with the room no refund offered.

Room and service good only problem went cold and no heating bit on the chilli side . But not off putting coming back next week. Very close to main parts of the city 10/15 minutes walk .

Good location for our needs. Staff nice and friendly and offers free parking round back. First room we were given was actually occupied! Room was fine but you couldn't close the bathroom door. Do not have breakfast here!! No fruit, no semi skimmed milk and no butter for toast. No orange juice, just squash. Fried eggs cooked to order, but no scambled eggs available as receptionist didnt know how to make them. You get what you pay for, and it was fine to just to get some sleep, just do not eat there!

A very good hotel for the price in a great location.

The breakfast was cold, the dining room was cold, the shower room very small, had to hang onto the sink while swinging myself round onto the toilet. If you are on the larger size forget it. Bed linen clean, bed comfortable, found chewing gum on the carpet. Would i stay there again, my answer would be no.

Not clean, tatty worn furnishings, breakfast horrendous.

The room was lovely and clean, the smell as you walked in from the car park was like rotten eggs, there were bins in the carpark were over flowing and there was a leaking sprinkler on the first floor opposite our room, reception was freezing cold even the receptionist was wearing a coat

Poor reception uninterested in guests, poor bar no wine or brandy. Broken shower but very comfortable beds linen and towels spotless. There was a cooked breakfast but it was cold and unappetising. On leaving we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay or safe journey home. Need people for front of house with better people skills. Would not recommend it sorry!!!
