Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Good value for money

Arrived and when for a nap after a long day, however construction work next to the room I was put in, unable to relax. No USB or USBc charging points in room. No complimentary tea or coffee whilst waiting in the reception in the morning, only in the room.

The gentleman that checked us in was helpful, kind and very polite. Then after not the most amazing stay with a boiler problem and cold showers, also no heating in the room, (it was cold), we were apologised too and refunded our breakfast. We will give this hotel another chance but were close to not doing so.

Decent hotel in a good location a good price - good as a business stop-over

Hotel is a bit run down so could do with some funds to improve thrown it’s way.. it is clean tho so don’t let that put you off. Staff are awesome.. nothing is too much for them. Always polite and happy to help. Bed on this occasion was like a stone.. usually ok.. pillows too were all thick and hard. Some may like this so each to their own.

Stayed here many times. Loads of parking and staff are fantastic. Hotel could benefit from some modernization. New carpets especially. Walk down the corridors and numerous stains does put you off a bit.

Staff are always spot on here.. always friendly, just cannot fault them. Hotel could do with a bit of a renovation, stained carpets but overall cleanliness is good. Good size rooms for the money.

Staff are excellent and very friendly as I’ve stayed here many times. However on this occasion, the bed was like a bed of slate, students staying running and shouting up the corridors till late, couldn’t get a table in the restaraunt till 8pm.. then in the morning no hot water as boiler had packed in. Maybe just a one off bad stay..

I use this hotel a few times a year. Reasonable rates, fast service and convenient location.

Large room, friendly staff

Simple but clean and all good around, from check in to breakfast, bed comfy, and amenities. Shame had no chance to use a gym!!!

Reported the kettle was faulty and asked for a replacement, at reception the person I spoke to gave myself and wife that I was at fault. Kettle was replaced. On our return. However noticed that we did not have a change of bath towels or hand towels and the old towels were still left in the bath tub as requested. Visited reception yet again and was given replacement towels, receptionist was very apologetic. However on my return to the room noticed that bins had not been emptied, so the room had not been cleaned what so ever.

Beds ok but pillows a bit hard , breakfast was just about warm
