朝ごはんが美味しい

スタッフや調度品、雰囲気は良かった。ただ、日当たり全くない1階、レストランの騒音が筒抜けの部屋を当てられ、価格の価値を全く感じなかった。

3度目のCabin Room に泊まりましたが、今回初めてバスタブのない部屋に当たり、代えてほしいと頼んだら、快くバスタブ付きの部屋に代えてくれました。 朝食が美味しいです。

スタッフの対応はとても良く、滞在中は心地よく過ごせました。 部屋は狭いが清潔です。 ただ、2日目に、宿泊者データベースの登録に問題があったようで、宿泊予約が無い、とマネージャから言われた。再確認をお願いしたところ、問題ないことが分かったが、少し驚きました。

ロケーション、部屋、スタッフの対応、食事、全てが完璧で本当に素晴らしい。ミニバーに入っているドリンク、スナックが全て無料。2週間フランスとポルトガルに行きますが、その間の荷物も預かってくれました。また必ず宿泊したい。大変お勧めです。

This boutique hotel offers excellent value in a prime location in Mayfair, just off Picadilly across from Green Park. There is a comfortable bar/restaurant located just off the reception area that is open late ( a rarity it seems in London) that offers food and drinks from breakfast through late evening. Service in the bar was uneven throughout our 5 night stay. The hotel is made up of a number of historic renovated townhouses which have been joined together. Anyone with mobility issues will want to request a room near the elevators as there are a couple or more steps in the hallways between the conjoined houses. I had requested a room with lots of windows and natural light. That is precisely what I got with a room at the front of the hotel with a wall of windows. The nicely furnished room was spotless with top quality linens and towels and a very comfortable bed. The complimentary minibar with snacks, juice and soft drinks was a very nice touch. Bottles of water were provided daily. The hotel was quick to respond to issues with our telephone and room temperature. The bathroom was small and short on storage space.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, really comfortable beds, very quiet and really convenient for London nightlife and landmarks. Only negative is the rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest!

The room was lovely. Very good heating via the a/c however there was no heat source in the very large bathroom, and with minus temperatures outside, the bathroom was freezing. Breakfast was beautiful and catered very well for vegans. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
