The staff was excellent, the room was warm, there was a bathtub, and without question it was a great hotel.

スタッフもぶっきらぼうで、不親切。敷地外パーキングの案内も正確ではなかった。部屋のエアコンも古く稼動音が大きくうるさかった。

It's a little far from the station, but close to the city center. The room was clean, had a bath with sufficient hot water, and was comfortable. Staff told us that drinks at the bar on the first floor would be half price.

Very friendly staff on the desk and in the restaurant. The location was very central and great for exploring the city. We would stay there again

The hotel was amazing considering it was built in the 1400's. The staff was very nice. The room was decent although the bed was a little too soft for me. The welcome drink of 50% off was a nice surprise. The walls were a little thin, and someone above me was clomping around. The biggest problem that I had was the bed bugs. I got bitten the first night but wasn't sure exactly what was going on. The second night left no doubt. I went down to reception to ask for another room, but they were fully booked. My friend and I had to stay up all night and pay extra to catch an earlier train, ruining our day out in Salisbury. In the morning, the woman at reception said that they would be refunding my money. I hope that everything gets straightened out as, in general, it's a nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel close to city centre. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Room great and breakfast delicious. I hope to come back one day.

Nice but the room smelt a bit musty.

The layout of the Hotel is rather confusing, but that is understandable considering the cacophony of the buildings it is housed in. Pleasant and welcoming staff and an excellent location to walk around Salisbury.

This hotel is reasonably nice, and clean. The room smelled like a smoker had recently stayed there, woke up very congested. The staff was great.

Fire alarm went off in the morning and they couldn’t switch it off for 40minutes

Charming room with old beams. High street close by once we found it. Walkable to Cathedral.

Nicely located heriage building, breakfast was great, staff was attentive, room was a little small but had air conditioning and a nice bathroom.
