the room was supposed to be a superior room. 1 of the shower taps was broken. the mirror light in the bathroom didn't work. there were finger or toenail cuttings in the floor in the bathroom.

Sausage was not cooked still half of it was raw.pancakes nice.Shower in room didn’t work properly.Not enough staff on the Saturday night for our Xmas party,but in all fairness they did have a wedding in the function room.

Very friendly staff, very nice room

Needed to request an additional heater in the room but saying that we requested accessible room and this was the room not allocated to us and they changed it as I have difficulty with stairs. Had they read my request for a downstairs room this would not have happed. This room was not really accessble I could not get into the shower because of the step into it staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was great as well as the parking safe. Excellent stay would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Everything was great. Right from parking in the spacious car park to the welcome within. Room was spotless & comfortable. My dog was with me & made welcome too. He was even provided with pack of goodies and dog toys. Above and beyond. The evening meals were also delicious, with lovely presentation. Staff were all so kind and friendly. Great spot for access to the New Forest. Will definitely stay again.

Very good breakfast. We stayed here before our cruise and transportation is readily available.

Hotel building is attractive and inviting. The bar area is large and comfortable. The inter a hotel spaces are a little tired, and my room was clean and functional, but the bed was very hard.

We stayed for one night ahead of a cruise in Southampton, and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The drive to the port is around 20 minutes, so it's an ideal out of the town location for the port. There's a few stairs to the rooms, but a staff member offered to carry our suitcase for us, which is unusual and welcome nowadays. It's very much a family hotel being part of Peppa Pig world (Which we didn't know when we booked), so do expect some excited children in the dining area. :D The dinner and breakfasts were particularly good. Overall a great experience, and we have booked again for our next Southampton visit next year.

Lovely room and a very comfortable stay

Room was large with a seating area but furniture minimal and tired.

The hospitality was great!

Good stay, room was clean, good breakfast. Bed a little uncomfortable could feel a spring.

Wonderfully decorated room. Very fresh and bright. Nicely furnished with a comfy bed also. Shower good. Dinner was all home made and fresh. A wonderful steak and red wine piece of pie. Yummy. Would sure stay again.

Excellent place to stay. We went to Peppa Pig World for multiple days, and really enjoyed the beatiful and comfortable place to stay. Food was also great. Staff was super friendly. Was our 2nd stay and will come back!

Great location to explore the New Forrest and the Dorset Coast. Easy acess to the M27 and M3 back to London. Makes the return journey easier (until.you hit the M25 of course!)

Excellent staff, excellent accommodation, we couldn’t ask for better. The full English is fantastic.
