We stayed 4 to 6 th December 25 for my hubbys birthday.
Got upgrades to a lovely sea view room that was amazing and had a free standing bath in the bedroom.
Bar was a nice atmosphere and nice drinks and breakfast was delicious.
The weather was glorious on the 4 th so had a swim in the outdoor pool which was heated and then went to sauna and indoor pool .
The only thing that was annoying was our room door banged when someone opened the doors to the corridor that we were in which was quite a lot so I never got a lot of sleep .
And the parking was really expensive £27 a night , I thought if you stayed at the hotel it would be free .
Does not put me off though as our stay was wonderful and I’m looking forward to staying again as we visit Bournemouth a lot .
Thank you again to the staff of the Nici for the upgrade … you are my fav hotel .

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The spa was wonderful, the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The waiting staff were attentive but not overbearing. The building has been renovated to an extremely high standard but it is still full of character and class. Wonderful. Thank you.

Without doubt best hotel in Bournemouth. Stylish, clean, great amenities though what’s with the cold pools? Price was reasonable for a Saturday night in a beautiful hotel room. Only down side was we were allocated ina separate building in the car park. It wasn’t too noisy but didn’t fancy the trek to the pool area. And there was a strange buzzing noise on and off early in the morning, water heater? . However would still recommend

Clean room, with coffee and tea facilities in the room! Spa was clean, modern and great outdoor pool! Would definitely book again! Nice view of the seaside and close to the centre of Bournemouth. Only downside was the parking, as limited spaces best to get there early to get a spot.

Didnt use the Sppa but o/s pool excellent. Dont agree with dogs in eating areas. Never had to pay for parking at an hotel before! Staff all exceellent.

I love the heated outdoor pool, all the facilities, decors around the hotel and our room. I don’t like the lift it needs redecorating or it’s better to change it.
