Was a perfect mini break away

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay, will definitely make it a place I will regularly book.

Amazing stay, staff very professional and wecoming

Nice place

Set on a golf course. The restaurant/ bar has a nice view of the lake. First room hadn't been cleaned and super strong smell of marijuana. Second room was fine, except the springs were coming out of the mattress at our feet. We only needed a one night stay so we couldn't be bothered to complain as there were no other rooms and I’m not sure if they have a night desk person.

I got back to my room and the key card didn't work. Called the help number several times and no one answered. Now standing in a corridor not knowing what to do!

A comfortable and tranquil stay

We went for a golf weekend and found that on the first day the tee times were not organised properly with golfers coming off the 18th and going off the 1st clashed with our group. The hotel ran out of lunch items on the Sunday and the breakfast offering was poor and not much thought given to it with items constantly running out and lack of imagination. The hotel lacked any leadership which was not apparent with services being left to junior members who did their best.

The members were lovely! We left a bag at the check in and they found our room and brought it back to us! The staff were great, the room was great, overall really nice place!

Just OK, comfortable bed, room was clean but shower heads disgusting, toilet wasn’t very clean either. Was a good price but should still be clean! Food in bar was ok, but it just felt a bit grubby.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the view left much to be desired, facing a car park. Even with the curtains shut, car headlights still managed to disturb our sleep. The room, despite its cleanliness, showed signs of wear and tear. There was chipped paint, numerous scratches and dents in the walls, and even rust on the soap dispenser. These details made the room feel quite tired, which was disappointing for a boutique hotel. Additionally, I was surprised to find only one-ply toilet paper provided, and the walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms. For the price, I expected better amenities and a more serene experience.

Not the hotels fault but woken at 00.30 by other guests slamming doors and raised voices. Bed was extremely hard and bad odor from shower drains.

The stay was all excellent, room people, evening meaning, the only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast.

A beautiful place to stay, and well worth spending a little extra compared to other hotel options.
