この料金なら多少設備が悪くても我慢できるかな…と思って宿泊しましたが、間違いでした。 ・wifiは使えません。説明文にはwifiが使えると書いてありましたが、着いてパスを聞くと、「うちのwifiはsosoだよ」と言われ、部屋では全く使えませんでした。フロントの前では使えましたが。 ・部屋の暖房が壊れていました。フロントに伝えると「ブランケット二枚あるだろ」と言われました。冬でしかも最上階だったためとても寒かった。 ・シャワーはなかなか熱いお湯が出ず、しかも少しづつしか出ないためシャンプーがなかなか落ちませんでした。シャワーが出ないとフロントに伝えると、「お前はシャワー浴びたいのか？」と言われ、「もちろん」と答えると鼻で笑われました。 ・テレビも一つのチャンネルしか見られませんでした。 ・廊下にある扉を開け閉めする度に大きくきしみ、しかも部屋の壁が薄いためとてもうるさく、夜中に他の部屋の人が出入りする度に起こされました。 ・上記の点をフロントに伝え、部屋を変えてくれるように頼みましたが、携帯で話し中だった係の人物は「少ししたら見に行くから部屋で待ってろ」と言われ、20分ほど待ちましたが来ず、呼びにいきました。結局他の部屋は満室だから変えられない、暖房、シャワー、インターネットにテレビも我慢しろということでした。誠意ある対応はしてもらえませんでした。 ・この設備のホテルに泊まるのであれば、もっと安い額でユースホステルに泊まる方が正解でした。全くオススメしません。

It was a very decent place to stay for a single traveler. Rooms were clean and convenient. Excellent location as well

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und wird zuverlässig täglich gereinigt. Einrichtung zum Teil defekt aber Ersatz wird bereitgestelllt.

The location is amazing. So easy to get to. The price is great value for the location. It's a nice little hotel run by very nice people. The rooms are small but has what you need. A few things could be improved (the hairdryer didn't work, the shower door was a bit wonky). What really impressed me is how clean they keep the place. The room was very well maintained!!

I recommend this hotel for a lot of reason. The front desk Fatima and the other guy I forgot his name did an excellent job, theyre very friendly and helpful from the minute I enter the hotel. They go beyond their job. Im a solo traveler so the room was perfect for me. Its very clean and comfortable. Its close to public station, groceries & restaurant.

Rummet var ok, lite litet. Men handfatet fungerade inte under dom första 2 dagarna så vi fick skölja av tandborste i duschen samt tvätta händerna där. Det luktade väldigt illa i i trapphuset, en doft som påminner om gammal kattlåda

I give 5 stars not on the condition of the facility, but the courteous and kind George and Fatima. For an ultra low budget option this worked out just fine. Though I would say that room 2 is not great specifically because the water I could hear through the wall. It’s very small. The entire place is. If you’re of a larger size you will not fit. But if a hot shower and a bed on the cheap is what i need then I would come by again. 7 min walk from pimlico station on the Victoria line.

Courteous staff and a clean room. Our room could have been improved with the addition of some bedside lights and at least 1 x USB charging port but otherwise nothing to stop us booking again in the future.

My experience was good, friendly staff, good location, reasonable price, the only problem was that the heating didn't work, but I recommend this place, very clean and quiet.

The room was fine for our stay, comfortable enough with towels changed daily although not needed as we were only staying for 2 nights and one towel was still un-used but they still changed it. Could do with more sockets in room, only 1 available which was not near bed. No bedside lights, only one light switch in room by door. Rood was on ground floor at street level so no privacy in window so we had to keep curtains closed during the whole trip. Suggest some nets or a privacy screen on window which still lets daylight in. Shower good, nice and hot although sink unit looking very tired, rusty and doors peeling. No plug in sink, no towel rail/radiator for towels. Friendly reception staff. Night security kept us awake on second night as he was talking to someone all night long and our room was right next to reception. Not ideal. Good location for a central city trip on a budget.

The room was clean. I was staying on my own and out in a basement room, with window that opened onto a filthy courtyard full of paint tins and all sorts so I didn’t feel overly safe as the window was easily accessible. I was told my key would open the front door, but that was still open and unlocked when I returned close to midnight There were no bedside lights or charging points near the bed, they were the opposite side of the room There was frequent noise from what I assume was other rooms using the toilet and showering. There was also a lot of noise of people rolling suitcases I think down the corridor quite late at night

Such total false advertising about this place. It’s awful, feels dangerous-no way out if there was a fire. Crowded room, you can’t even leave a suitcase open. The ONLY thing it has going for it is location. Booked this WAY in advance, twice what we could have paid with a later booking.

The staff was friendly ; helpful. But the property itself was very disappointing. Our bedsheets had stains on it and when we went to ask for replacement ; a kind gentleman brought sheets up but just topped it ontop of the stained bedsheets. We were honestly a bit worried about cleanliness after that. We understand that the structure of the hotel can not be changed - so it’s worth nothing that there was only 1 narrow stair 1 way to go up and down no elevators. For the room itself - it was the bed itself and you could not open suitcases flat on ground. Great for location but if we were to redo this trip we’d probably go elsewhere especially for cleanliness.
