この料金なら多少設備が悪くても我慢できるかな…と思って宿泊しましたが、間違いでした。 ・wifiは使えません。説明文にはwifiが使えると書いてありましたが、着いてパスを聞くと、「うちのwifiはsosoだよ」と言われ、部屋では全く使えませんでした。フロントの前では使えましたが。 ・部屋の暖房が壊れていました。フロントに伝えると「ブランケット二枚あるだろ」と言われました。冬でしかも最上階だったためとても寒かった。 ・シャワーはなかなか熱いお湯が出ず、しかも少しづつしか出ないためシャンプーがなかなか落ちませんでした。シャワーが出ないとフロントに伝えると、「お前はシャワー浴びたいのか？」と言われ、「もちろん」と答えると鼻で笑われました。 ・テレビも一つのチャンネルしか見られませんでした。 ・廊下にある扉を開け閉めする度に大きくきしみ、しかも部屋の壁が薄いためとてもうるさく、夜中に他の部屋の人が出入りする度に起こされました。 ・上記の点をフロントに伝え、部屋を変えてくれるように頼みましたが、携帯で話し中だった係の人物は「少ししたら見に行くから部屋で待ってろ」と言われ、20分ほど待ちましたが来ず、呼びにいきました。結局他の部屋は満室だから変えられない、暖房、シャワー、インターネットにテレビも我慢しろということでした。誠意ある対応はしてもらえませんでした。 ・この設備のホテルに泊まるのであれば、もっと安い額でユースホステルに泊まる方が正解でした。全くオススメしません。

Super friendly staff

the room is quiet. it is bit old but still clean. bus stop in front of the hotel, very convenient.

Room was very small, and no room in bathroom for toiletries

Hotel is in a great location, with the exception of getting the tube too Pimlico when we first arrived, after that we walked to Westminster as it was warm. If it's cold and wet it's close to Pimlico and Victoria Tube stations and the line is open late at the weekends, so you can stay out 'til 4am and get back without issues. Read other reviews about the rooms, ours was clean bedsheets etc all clean, no issues at all. Only thing was getting back in the card key should work on the front door (about 1am), but the reception staff let us in quickly and we hadn't even knocked at that point.

We loved this okace so much we booked it for a 2nd night, private bathroom, kettle coffee ,tea etc , working tv and remote , fresh clean everything, the receptionist was great check in was straight forward and accommodating, definitely recommend, best hotel stayed in whilst in London,

Good stad, staff very helpful

A basic budget hotel in a very convenient location. Very small room, no amenities. But literally a 2 min walk to bars, shops and restaurants of Pimlico. It was fine. Just very basic.

Muy buena ubicación, para llegar caminando al big ben y Palacio de Buckingham , London eye o si quieres tomar transporte también está muy bien conectado, el personal muy amable. Fátima nos atendió muy bien. Para tomar en cuenta, no tiene elevador.

No a/c in the room, slider lock broken, TV fell off the wall and is not working. Room is super small, location of the hotel is good, bus stop outside of the door, walking distance to attractions.

Cleanliness had a spacious room, handy from the bus station we got to London in and close to tube station

Stayed in a triple room for 2 nights, room was clean, bed comfortable, great location and easy access to transport links. Only negative was the room was shall we say “cosy” but 3 adults for 2 nights we managed fine.

Location was very good

We stayed for one night at The Park Hotel. We found the reception staff courteous and they kindly allowed us to leave our suitcase for a few hours after we signed out to save carrying it around London. We were grateful for this. Whilst towels and bedding were exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable, we were very disappointed to have paid £112 fo a "deluxe" room to find it so very small and with uneven floorboards. There was barely room to walk around. The bathroom was sufficient and clean but once again cramped in style. In our opinion Room 4 certainly does not live up to the title "deluxe"!

El suelo de parquet está roto, las tuberias de agua oxidadísimas, en la ventana hay una ventilación tapada con papel higienico y en no muy buen estado... la habitacion es diminuta sólo cabe la cama, no tiene ni armario. Menos mal que el personal era amable y esucado.

Functional well located short stay hotel. You get what you pay for but that was fine as I just needed a bed. Convenient for Eurostar. Was a bit cold but that was quickly remedied by the friendly staff.
