ザ ポルトベロ ホテル

プライベートガーデン側の部屋でした。 とても静かで、快適でした。 地下鉄やバス停、ポートベローマーケットも徒歩圏内。

ホテルは小さくて可愛いらしい。アンティークがおかれている。朝食は充実している。NEW YEAR のパーティがあった。ただ 入所の際クレジットカードを見せてサインをさせられた。退所後の請求がある場合にと言われたが日本へ帰った後、アメリカで偽のカードを使って引き落としがされていた。私は旅行でカードを使っての買い物は限られていたしこのホテルが何とも怪しいと思っています。

ノッティングヒルカーニバル時に合わせて、シングルに５泊しました。ホテルの方に部屋を、案内されて中をみてビックリ。狭い。バスタブ無い。ネットにて事前案内でみた写真とのイメージの落差が 大きかった。アップされてるバルコニーやバスタブ の写真は ハイグレード な部屋、少なくともシングルでは無いですね。しかしながら ホテルの方は 感じ良く、そしてカーニバルに近く開催中はホテル前の道が警察警備で封鎖されるため 安全安心 快適に過ごせました。次回はバルコニーとバスタブのある部屋に泊まりたいです。

フロント、食堂、部屋、すべてイギリスらしい素敵な内装でした。5泊しましたが、ルームキーピングも毎日しっかりされていて、翌日の気候の予報案内や紅茶のサービスなど、大変快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 バスタブが部屋にあり、最初は湿気などが大丈夫か心配になりましたが、実際入ってみると優雅で開放的な気分になりました。 朝食のパンはふわふわで温かく、コンチネンタルでも充分だと思いました。オレンジジュースはとてもフレッシュでした。 次回も空いていれば必ずここに泊まります。

The staff is very welcoming and so lovely. The hotel is warm, comfy, and very well cared for. The location is perfect, close to shops, food and beautiful parks. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel, great staff and location. However the room was boiling when we arrived, the coffee machine wasn’t working properly, the lamps around the room weren’t working (aside from the bedside ones) and the bed was so small we were pretty uncomfortable all night. No top sheet so had to sleep with a comfortable but far too hot duvet, even with the window open and the aircon on cool! Aircon wouldn’t go below 19°. Bath was gorgeous and the shower pressure great, decor lovely - just a pretty uncomfortable nights sleep!

Very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Tube. Lots of dining opportunities in walking distance.

I always appreciate the hospitality and unique atmosphere at this quiet and charming hotel in the heart of Notting Hill.

Lovely quiet neighborhood, great staff. Shower in our room was SUPER tiny and difficult to manuever in, but otherwise was very nice. Also no shampoo or conditioner available

This is a lovely, quiet, friendly, and small hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk from Notting Hill tube on a quiet street. It's also close to Portobello Market.

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood of London., Notting Hill. A short walk to the Tube, several great local restaurants to note. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was small and the bathroom smaller. Soft bed with quality linens and pillows. Very well appointed and very clean. We would stay here again.

The location and the apmosphere as well as the staff of the hotel were very good.

Most of the staff were very kind and accommodating. Especially housekeeping and those who are serving breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have some acknowledgment of our Anniversary which we have noted on the reservation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the service was the best!
