Very good value for money, clean and very comfortable very friendly service great.

Lovely hotel! Everything looked brand new and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for one night and it was perfect. Great location, lovely staff and great value.

Very nice area and clean an modern hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming ... only downfall was the restaurant was closed when it wasnt stated prior it will be. Otherwise breakfast was really nice... comfy and clean rooms but very surprised to see the bathroom sink out in the bedrooms and even that wasnt stated anywhere on the hotel page when booking and that was something i know i didnt like about the room. Otherwise its a beautiful hotel. The hot tub an sauna was really nice but take note the hot tub is outside on the deck but in a private area. Overall definitely recommended

A lovely place. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves. Hot tub and sauna readily available. 5 min walk to Shanklin beach. Would like to have access to bar/ drinks/ light bites all day would be a bonus.

Lovely hotel with tidy rooms.Very close to the beach front and also tge shops.

A lovely family run hotel that made me feel very welcome, very attentive and happy to have a chat. Room was a good size overlooking the front so I had a sea view, only a 2 minute walk from the Chine and 5 minutes from town. Would like to visit agin in the summer for the outside pool!

Fantastic little hotel. Fresh, clean and cosy interior. I was the only one staying in the hotel but the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly. Out of the 30+ hotels I've stayed at this year, this is by far the best nights sleep I've had out of them all. 10/10

A lovely hotel... comfortable rooms and a great breakfast... even managed a dip in the pool... very invigorating!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very cramped - couldn’t fully open bathroom door Enjoyed meals though breakfast service was chaotic Liked location Parking difficult A bit of a work in progress - potential wasted e g pool surrounds - needs to be sharper- should not have to squeeze by bins to get to the back car park under the rusty fire escape.

The staff here was outstanding especially the ladies on reception and the waitress at breakfast- awesome!!! The area is great loved the lift to the beach and the walk down to the Chine. Had a lovely two day’s sightseeing. My room was somewhat rundown but very clean. The TV has issues but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was great .Did not use pool or sauna. For the price good value.

Room facilities were poor. 1) Shower room inadequate; Showerhead not secured adequately, wash basin far too small, toilet seat not properly secured and not properly size matched to toilet pan. 2) TV; unnessessarily large for a small room and controls take a scientist to figure them. 3) Too many plug extensions and adapters.

The property local to town. Curb appeal non existant.Broken notice menu board. No bins in the shower\toilet room, sink in the bedroom. towel above electric extension leads,next to the sink The photos do not dipict the room you get. So disappointed. We stayed only one night. The other three nights -we found a fabulous place near Yarmouth.

Pleasant hotel with surprisingly good restaurant. Very clean but also strong smell of chlorine cleaner in bathroom. Really nice friendly staff at hotel, restaurant and bar.

We loved our stay at the Q!

We had an amazing stay! We were given the choice of which room we wanted on arrival which was an extra bonus. The pool and sauna is a really nice touch too. We didn't order breakfasts but the staff were happy to accommodate teas and coffees in the morning for us. During our stay, one of us became unexpectedly unwell, meaning we needed to request additional cleaning to the room - the staff were very understanding and didn't make a fuss of this. All in all an amazing stay and we will be back again next year!
