This place was great! We were having trouble getting in and our host immediately responded to our call and walked us through the process. Once inside, we found a spotless apartment with super comfortable beds. Showers were great, as was the washer/dryer for our clothes. Having a FREE parking space was really nice, too.
The place was really close to all of the main attractions of York, as well. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to see.

Brilliant location so close to the center of York. No need to use the car. Lovely restaurant, pubs and coffee shops nearby. And lovely views from the property. Great property with everything you need.

My friend and I liked the modern facilities (dishwasher, microwave and oven) and easy access to major sites in York, but we noticed quite a few areas where cleanliness could be improved - we found stray hairs in the kitchen, unclean pots, utensils, tinsel on the floor and stained towels, which weren't ideal. Everything worked, but would have been good to not have to tidy up after the previous guests.

The instruction given for check in was detailed and clear. The location of the property was perfect. Just the cleanliness of the property can be improved, the carpet was not cleaned properly, as I could still see the dust. It was so nice they have set up the additional bed, unfortunately it was too soft that not really comfortable for sleep.
