Everything was as it should be. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was made to feel most welcome.

Superb room which was clean, modern, and maintained to a high standard. My late arrival wasn’t an issue and I was made to fell very welcome. It was a flying visit but I hope to return Great value for money

We had a lovely stay here. Room was immaculate with everything you need. It was also great value for money,especially with breakfast included! Staff were lovely and attentive. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

An absolute hidden gem, our second visit & won’t be our last. Hotel spotlessly clean, staff super friendly and wonderful value for money.

Room defo not deluxe not very big toilets smells did email reception but to no avail had to get creative to fill kettle wouldn't fit under tap

We arrived late at night, but everything was ready. The room was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Thé room was clean and the staff friendly. We had a couple of issues with the room which were promptly dealt with. The cooked breakfast was varied and plentiful but some fruit salad/citrus salad and some facilities for toast would have been appreciated.

A little Gem I was lucky enough to find Amazing staff who can’t do enough for you Lovely clean room with a really comfy bed and banging shower The food was excellent especially the fish and chips which was the best I’ve had in a long time amazing crispy batter Lovely breakfast I look forward to my next visit Oh and Michelle was a star

Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!) We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty. Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle of Sheppey and want away from holiday camps.

I was made to feel so welcome from the minute I arrived, until the minute I left. I was given a free upgrade on my room, and I have to say, the shower was superb. The whole place was clean, and the beer garden wasso relaxing. Great breakfast. If I have a reason to visit the island again, I will always try and book here. Thank you for a pleasant stay, highly recommend.

The hotel called 3 or 4 hours before my arrival to offer the "boat experience" at no extra cost. This, was explained to me" is the opportunity of spending the night on a yacht. Upon arrival, I was shawn to the back of the hotel where the "yacht" was actually on in the water, and down a ramp. The use of a shower was at street level, toilet (no toilet paper) had a pump to flush, every minute a 2 second rumble from the generator shook the boat.. there were no other vacancies, which explained why I was offered the "boat experience". I left the hotel and stayed elsewhere

Needed a stay over for a friends birthday party, was recommended the Queen Philippa, I can understand why, it ticked all the boxes along with such friendly, helpful staff. Only slight negative which didn’t affect me was the small parking area, but to counter that they do have electric hook up which I didn’t need, but worth pointing out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and if the need arises would stay there again.
