日本の民宿に近い感覚で、手ごろな料金にてボリュームのある朝食付きで宿泊できます。部屋は清潔でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。館内には古い鉄道の写真などが飾ってあります。線路の脇にありますので、電車の音はします。静かでないと寝れない方にはお勧めしませんが、私はあまり気になりませんでした。

Nice comfy bed and a decent size room. Could do with a fridge though. Breakfast was delicious, but they had no vegan options. I may stay here again, but only if the price drops. It’s too expensive for what’s on offer. I’d really like to see a fridge in the room. It makes all the difference.

Very poorly maintained tired unloved property. Hair in my dinner. Mould on the kettle tray in my room.

Lovely friendly pub close to Culham station. Food was great and service was excellent. My room was clean and tidy the bed was very comfortable

An old-fashioned country pub next to Culham station. Some low level train and road noise but still peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast.

It's the Railway so expect railway noise. Last dinner orders quite early so plan for that. Easy parking. Pillows bit hard for my stiff old neck. Dog friendly. Never ask for a omelette for breakfast - the NO is v stern!! 😂

Good location, good food and drink, good service.

Ok room- but mattress was not that comfortable. Breakfast was ok . Bathroom could do with a deep clean. Position is fab next to an old railway station . Rooms get rather noisy as the banging of some general entrance doors can be heard everywhere. Walls seem to be thin - could hear TV from next room .

Had a really good nights sleep. Despite the train line being fully active, could not hear during the stay. Would stay again when next in the area.

Little gem tucked away near culham station parking fab near abingdon and 29 mins to Oxford car or slap next to rail connections breakfasts are fab noise from trains not really bothered us but be aware if it .. pub shuts at 10 in week as quiet would if been nice to have a later drink but room clean bed really comfy

Very comfortable, clean with a nice shower. A very good breakfast. A train spotters dream with the accommodation right next to the platform.

Lovely old country pub

Nice staff, food was good, bar service friendly, breakfast great value and tasty. Premises rather far out of of Abingdon if you wanted to stroll into town, but rail service right on hand if you fancy a trip in to Oxford (I had planned on the former, but wish I had considered the latter before the evening had progressed). Nice little bar and good service. Premises is dated - don't be put off, but don't expect it to be like a new Premier Inn; overall a bit expensive taking this into account, but breakfast great value.

We were made very welcome. We were even taken into town to save us getting a taxi.Our room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was excellent & very filling. The hotel was situated in a very picturesque area next to the railway. However the trains didnt keep us awake.

Overnight stay on route to Derby. Ideal for visiting Oxford or Didcot.

Poo in the toilet. Need a say more? Thick layer of dust in the bathroom, stains all around the toilet, cobwebs, very bad, no chance it had been cleaned. If I was staying more than one night I’d have walked out. They have a 5 star food hygiene rating thankfully and it was nice home cooked food. I wouldn’t stay again though. Never asked me how my stay was…

A quaint pub with a railway theme next door to busy railway station. Steep stairs to rooms, only one ground floor room. Room fairly basic, no lock on toilet door. Menu limited but food good. Early times for meals.
