町の中心地からは少し距離があります。バスルームは専用でしたが、寝室とは別の部屋でしたので、入浴やトイレの度に鍵を持って部屋を出ていかなければならず、少し不便でした。また、シャワーのお湯が入浴の途中で止まってしまい、水で洗髪や体を洗う羽目になり、とても寒かったです。夏ではありましたが、海からの風で部屋がとても寒く、入浴後はもっと体が冷えてしまいました。朝ごはんは1階の食堂でフルブレックファーストを頂くことが出来ました。部屋からの景色は素晴らしかったです。

Our room was quite lovely. It overlooked the ocean. It was very clean. The innkeeper was a very kind woman. She gave us a lot of information about dining options in the area and information about taking the local train (we were taking a train to London the next day). I would have loved to have spent more time here.

Very friendly, helpful people, good welcome, wonderful breakfast.

A nice quiet accomodation. The rooms were clean and quiet. The management aren't on-site all the time and their locking system is a little tricky to master. All in all, a pleasant stay for those looking for something quiet and secluded.

A highlight of our recent trip to the UK. Seaside room in a heritage building. Beautiful rooms, but the best part were the gracious hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for walking into town. Friendly , welcoming staff. Comfortable room with everything we needed. Lovely bed and great shower . Friendly staff provided a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning . Would recommend

Great find - will stay again

A fabulous little place that we will recommend to friends and family!

Our room had a sea view, and it also faces the kids’ playground on the promenade, so was noisy at times. The room was large and comfortable but the mattress was a lot softer that what we’re used to, so didn’t sleep very well. The staff was friendly snd breakfast was good. Parking on site was very convenient.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht (Zwischenübernachtung) da, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte eine heimelige Atmosphäre, der Ausblick auf Strand und Meer waren phantastisch. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Insgesamt eine schöne Lage in Berwick upon Tweed.

All good. Allison and Graham are perfect hosts. They also have a coffee shop on site, and Graham's homemade cheese scones are amazing. 😋

Pleasant beachfront hotel. Recently renovated. Comfortable room overlooking the beach. Easy parking and great breakfast.

Nice friendly hosts, clean comfortable room, parking out front, I had the down stairs room which was large and comfortable however a little noisy with the reception right outside the door.

Thus was such a lovely place.to stay with amazing seafront front views from our room. Very lucky to have sunny weathed which added to the enjoyment. Excellent welcome and attention to detail.

Amazing place

We had a lovely stay, comfortable room and a great view. Alison made us very welcome and was very helpful. Breakfast was served to our liking with a choice of traditional or continental. Good drinks and snacks in the room, that were well received. Bathroom had a great shower, but the space around the sink and toilet was very limited. The sink was tilted and seemed to be precarious and easily dribbled water onto the floor. I think the location is really good and the overall decor is is well considered. Some small door hooks would be helpful on the rear of the main door. Hopefully we will be back soon to enjoy another stay.
