ザ ロイヤル ホテル ハル

Hull駅の改札口よりホテルの入り口へ直結している為、雨の日でも濡れずに駅からホテルに辿り着く事が出来ます。（今回はManchester Airportから列車でHull Stationまで乗り換えなしで来ました。） Macureホテルならではのエントランスロビーも良く、スッタフもフレンドリーかつランチ・アフターヌーンティーの料金設定も良心的な価格です。 部屋も建物自体の年数はかなり経っておりVictoria女王も滞在されたとの記録がありました。 トイレが流れにくかったり、隣室の話声が聞こえる事もありましたが、列車の音や街中の騒音は全く聞こえませんでした。 朝食をラウンジでとっている際に、おそらく宿泊されていない方が１人紛れ込んで入ってきていましたが 直ぐにスタッフの方の的確・厳重な対応にて、安全性の確保やスタッフのプロフェッショナルな仕事ぶりを感じました。 駅に直結している事から沢山の旅行客の方が泊まられているようです。

On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!

Nice hotel and not expensive to stay in. Had a great time.

The room cramped the tv remote didn't work the loo didn't flush,no chair to do your make up and very noisey during the night from guest in the next room.Not a good stay,but the staff were friendly and polite.

I suppose bland is the word No real attention , but friendly enough tick boxing ....

Clean and friendly but due to covit 19 no breakfast only continental and had train station out side window , would stay again but ask for different room

There was free wifi only for 20 to 40 minutes out of 24 hours . Room was ok , reception staff were good .

Located right at the train station, it is extremely convenient and in the heart of town with restaurants within a 2 minute walking distance and a mall as well.

I liked this place; good atmosphere, beautiful features and pleasant all round...will go back!

Very cold in the room when I went in; radiators switched off and had to rectify this. Room clean and comfortable.Tea tray in the drawer which I didn't find until the day I was checking out. Menus, what you could obtain, where and how not evident in the room. Coach party there the second day, and food from that party was served to customers in the evening and looked unappetising. Choose from the lounge menu which is a better option and fresh !

Great value and location for what we needed. Hotel was busy but didn't feel overcrowded in the public area.

I liked the fact that it wasn't new. Too many new hotels have no character. The dining room was lovely and the breakfast was very nice !

Love this hotel the staff are so welcoming great place to chill out in hotel or go out for a drink .

Very convenient for everything. We often stay here when we visit. Step off the train and into hotel. Day of departure we can leave our luggage and collect before boarding train.

It was a comfortable room and nice and quite. The room are a little dated and could do with a refurb.
