アットホームな雰囲気のこじんまりした宿で居心地はよかったですが、部屋が寒くて。。。古い建物で、一番端の離れのような場所だったからかも、、、ですが。もっと真冬になったらキツイと思いました。廊下も、他の部屋の前の廊下よりもだいぶ寒かったです。 クリームティーはとてもおいしかったです。

雰囲気よく、とても豪華な気分で最高でした。

以前泊まったラックナムパークに比べてマナーハウスというよりラグジュアリーホテルといった感じ。 お部屋はゴージャスで、タオル等の交換も何度か行われているようで快適。 夕食はダイニングのコースではなく、テラスでアラカルトをいただきましたが、サービスも良く、ちょうど良い量で美味しかったです。 本当に小さな町で、アッパースローターまでのお散歩も快適でした。

Businesslike reception was poorer than expected at this level of hotel. But it was still within the acceptable range. The trouble was the service at the restaurant. Servicing breads, a waitress was explaining their varieties. When I asked her to repeat it, a waiter suddenly intervened saying "bread" and walked away. I was not able to understand his intention. This event was told to the restaurant manageress at the latter part of the dinner. She apologized and made him express his regret. Further, we appeared to have been served an extra dessert, though it was not clear as we did not receive a word about it. What we expect at this sort of hotel is an extraordinary comfort in every aspect. Among others the most important is the personal service. From this point, I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends.

静かな村にあるマナーハウスでゆったりとコッツウォルズらしさを味わえました。 部屋も広く豪華で朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

敷地も部屋も大きすぎず小さすぎずとても居心地のよい広さでどこにいても落ち着きます。古い建物なので階段などギシギシ音がしますがそれもまた良さの一つと思うことができる程度。全体にリニューアルされてとても清潔でした。宿泊した部屋はCEDER。他の部屋はわかりませんがバスルームが豪華に感じました。天井のダウンライトが夜照度を落とすことができ、夜空の星のように見えるのも素敵。レストランの食事はおしゃれでとても美味、サービスも一流と感じました。ぜひリピートしたいです。

マナーハウスの中では、気取らずに、広くて快適でした。古い割には、隣の音などは聞こえず良かったです。ただ、冷蔵庫がなかったり、まどの開閉が出来ない状態になっているなど、少々の不都合もありました。併設のレストランはとても高かったですが、凝っていて美味しかったです。 footpathで、ボートンオンザオーターや、アッパースローターなどに行け、便利でした。

マナーハウスへ泊まりたかったので、利用しました。 子供連れだったため、食事はしませんでした。 部屋は快適で、天蓋付きのベット、猫足の浴槽と最高でした。 朝食もとても美味しく、エッグベネディクトは最高です。 周囲のfoot pathも散策してみました。 このホテルの利用には、車が必須かなと思います。

クッシヨンの下に虫の死骸がごろごろ。見えるようにしておいても言うまで掃除をしない。部屋には蛾がとび、枕の上には蜘蛛。気持ち悪くてねられなかった。自然に囲まれるのはいいですが、部屋の中までは御免こうむりたい。 部屋は古く使いにくい。価格はたかく雰囲気はいいんですが、衛生的でないので、また泊まりたくない。

Most Wonderful Experience! Beautifully cared for and renovated manor house. Superb grounds, excellent breakfasts, bar with a nice feel and aesthetic. Our room was incredible. Unbeknownst to us, management upgraded our room to a garden suite, which took our breath away. The suite was huge and gorgeously appointed, as was the bathroom. We had a private patio with a firepit. Gracious staff ensured that we had firewood, tea, snacks…anything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent staff and lovely room

The bedroom decor was exceptional and the bathroom spacious. We sat at the breakfast table for 40 minutes before we had anything to eat the 2 hot dishes arrived at once. Service seemed haphazard. Reception kindly reduced the bill when we checked out.

This property is beautiful from the outside however the rooms are tired. For the cost, the service is well below standard. All of the individual staff are lovely and trying very hard but it feels like there just aren't enough of them. Our room was very damp and smelt musty on arrival. When we mentioned this to the front desk we were recommended to open some windows. Items that were asked to be laundered were later found balled up in a corner of our room and items leftover from room service forgotten to be cleared away by housekeeping. Breakfast our first morning took nearly an hour due to understaffing and we watched staff scraping leftovers from other tables while we ate. If you are a 'light sensitive' sleeper, do not book! There is a bright green emergency exit light (apparently in every room) that will stop you from sleeping. Nothing to be done about this apparently.

Good location quality. Service was lacking in breakfast room. Not great value for the price - at this price level you would expect better staff service (staff lacking at breakfast, reception staff are not very welcoming) and you would expect more than one small bottle of water in the room, better range of teas in the room. We had requested earlier check in but there was no flexibility on check in and out times.

Breakfast were quite nice. But a little salty to me.

Room wasnt as clean as expected very over priced not good value for money

The area and house itself is beautiful. We stayed in one of the suites called Antonite

Fantastiskt anrikt hotell. Så läckert och härlig miljö på landsbygden. Precis vad man vill ha när man vill uppleva Cotswold. Kanske lite slitet på ett av rummen .

The hotel is a quintessential representation of an English countryside manor. Grounds are gorgeous, we loved our huge room and the pretty, old school bathroom, and the breakfast was high quality and delicious.

Great stay at the manor. Great food and service. Recommended.
