Hotel has no lift, so disabeled people like me cannot easy to access secon-floor room. Also hotel didnot keep car parking lot for disabeled people, I donot know this kind today ‼️

シャワーのお湯が熱すぎてフロントに言ったら、すぐに来て調節してくれた。

ロケーション：Salisburyとストーンヘッジのちょうど真ん中くらいに位置しています。両者へ車で15分ほどです。周りには何もありません。 部屋：非常に広く快適です。 朝食：主にパンとジャムしかなく質素です。別途料金(12Pond/人)を払えば、ちゃんとしたものを出してくれるようですが、そちらは試しませんでした。 宿泊前は正直あまり期待はしていなかったのですが、部屋は非常に広く大満足でした。部屋が完璧なだけに朝食が少し残念と思うかもしれません。また周りには何もないので車が必要です。でもぜひまた利用したいと思えるホテルです。

Unsatisfactory. No kettle in the room—I had to ask twice. Restaurant service was slow and inattentive. The steak pie had very little gravy, and the same staff member was on her phone at the service counter, so I couldn’t request more. No offer of dessert. The bedroom door emits a mini alarm when opened, which is irritating late at night. The walls are thin, with corridor doors slamming and disrupting sleep. At breakfast, up to five staff were gathered near reception, coming and going for drinks, but none assisting in the dining area; only the chef entered the buffet area, still wearing an outdoor puffer coat. On checkout, I was asked for an additional balance despite having already paid in full; when I produced my receipt, the manager (polite and not suspect of wrongdoing) immediately resolved it, suggesting a system error.

Great hotel, plentiful parking. I leave my windows open at night when I'm asleep but had to shut it at about 5am when cars started zooming down the A road outside - once shut, I could hear nothing. Comfortable bed, clean. Large room. No lifts so if you're struggling with mobility, one to think about.

Renovated hotel with large rooms and easy free parking. However, the receptionist was not very inviting and the room was cold when we arrived. Warming it up took a while to work it out. The bar was only partially manned and breakfast was plentiful but missing orange juice.

Hotel was good. Nice room, good food and friendly/attentive waiting staff. Receptionist seemed distracted texting on her phone rather than dealing with people checking in etc.

Room was spacious but the heating was on full blast when we arrived. Arrived and computer was down so couldn’t check in and was told it was 3pm check in although advised for 2pm

The location was perfectly situated and the hotel was very clean. The check-in process as polite friendly and informative. The room was spacious, with tea/coffee making facilities. I did send a request 3 days prior to arrival asking for a room with a bath rather than shower, but alas they said they don’t have any.

A lovely hotel located about 15 minutes from Stonehenge and 15 minutes from Salisbury town centre. The room was spacious, and the heater worked perfectly—nice and warm. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nora at reception was lively, helpful, and incredibly bubbly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area.

Rooms a good size, but the TV was only via internet log-ins. Shower was not very powerful. Restaurant service was extremely slow. I had to wait 25mins for a drink..

Only stayed one night, and they accommodated a very late check-in of 2:30am due to a delayed flight. When we woke up we were able to appreciate the gorgeous scenery. Rooms were clean and they provide coffee, tea and creamer in the room.

I had a suite with two bedrooms which will sleep six people comfortably, absolutely spotlessly clean, it had a mini kitchen and living room to relax in.
