Lovely staff , but extra charges on arrival for parking that wasn’t informed about on booking,, breakfast isn’t free it’s included in fee if chosen . Nice room but not as nice as visit 2 years prior

Lovely staff

Lovely staff. Room adequate. Stains on the wall in the bedroom and bathroom. We attended a party in the Surrey Barn which was a lovely setting for party. There was however a lack of heating. I would however return to this lovely hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Excellent welcome. Warm comfortable room (even if bed a tad hard) in new extension to historic old coaching inn. Good breakfast

This is a good hotel. it is in a fantastic location for Wisley Gardens It needs painting and refreshing The staff are pleasant but untrained leading to catastrophic mistakes in service, and blank looks.

Everything was fine. Good service, the room was clean and comfortable.

Lovely little hotel in a great little village.

I was overall happy with the room, not happy to pay £10 to park my car overnight I arrived at 7 30 pm Friday and left at 8 30 am ! Happy to pay the £10 for my champion Pekingese as this was agreed

Great stop over after visiting RHS Wisley on our way to Le Shuttle.

The reception man was very professional and greeted us warmly, gave us a potted history of the coaching inn and walked us to our converted stables room - all very pleasant. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Machine dispensed coffee and the young staff often stood around - not checking which foods need replenishing x. As a vegetarian there was no choice on the buffet table except lukewarm scrambled eggs and mushrooms - woopee! I had to request veggie mushrooms or smoked haddock, kippers etc and as I suspected the 2 sausages delivered to my table were completely tasteless x. In these days of veggie and vegan offerings they need to do better in my opinion.

Great staff. Rooms were dated and needed some additional cleaning. Apart from the room the food was good and Staff were friendly. Lovely old building. We were there for a wedding and must say the reception room with dressed exceptional.

The room was quiet and clean. The food at the bar was amazing!

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en wij werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen. De bedden waren uitmuntend, zeer goed geslapen. De kamer daarentegen was smoezelig, stoffig en absoluut niet goed schoongemaakt. Daarnaast ontbraken er toiletartikelen en een föhn. Al met al geen 4 sterrenhotel te noemen. Wij geven het 3 steren.
