Bedroom was very clean, staff were excellent and friendly, cooked breakfast very good.

Great location for Arundel. Wide choice of options for breakfast. All cooked food was excellent. Staff, particularly reception, were friendly and helpful. Only downside to our stay and the hotel was the abysmal WiFi. It was continually dropping out. We did query this with the hotel but no solution was found.

My friend and I were looking for a base to explore the historic towns, houses and gardens of this area, and struck lucky with this hotel. We were impressed by the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, the quality of the food, the variety of dining and bar areas and the comfortable, well-maintained and quiet rooms (no audible traffic noise). Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Negatives: Dated decor in public areas and bedrooms, dead flies and dirty doors in corridors, dead fliy on bedroom windowsill, bedroom floor not vacuumed (or not very well), mouldy grouting in bathroom Positives: Comfortable bed, plenty of tea/coffee/milk and bottles of water in bedroom, full length mirror, plenty of storage in room and room for toiletries in bathroom, good breakfast and lovely girl serving, pleasant walk through woods into Arundel, room not expensive

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. A great location for visiting Arundel with the advantage of an off-road walk into the town via a bridleway at the back of the inn. The room was clean and tidy but a little tired. Overall good value for money and would definitely come back again.

Just a short drive into Arundel town centre. Very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and well furnished. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and there was loads of parking.

Good hotel and helpful staff. It was a little way outside of Arundel but that meant it had ample parking.

Ideal place and even being near the busy A27 it’s was amazingly quiet.. comfortable and good standard of cleanliness

I have driven past this Pub/Hotel many many times, and always womdered what it was like. It always looks busy and is an attractive looking place. So, rather than drive past I decided we should book a room, have diner and stay over. Many reviews often comment on the staff, well I'm going to join those reviewers! The staff at The White Swan were amazing, thank you. Had a great chat with the Bar Manager, the waiter at diner was very helpful and responsive.At Breakfast the lady that served us was very pleasant and finally the receptionist was mega helpful. She had noticed that there was an issue with payment and resolved it straight away. Also after we left the house keeper found one of our belongings left in the room, reported it to reception and we got a phone call before we were to far away. So, the team at The White Swan were excellent, we can'y thank you enough. Oh, and the pub is mega dog friend.

Stay was ok! However, no wifi or signal in the room ruined it for us

A pleasant pub/restaurant with rooms. Good location within walking distance of Arundel. We walked the field tracks behind the hotel but there is a pavement along the A27 as well. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and everything you need. The food in the restaurant/bar was good. The only drawback was that the WI-FI did not work in our room but we were able to either go outside or into the bar to get coverage.

Lovely pub and hotel. We walked here from the train station and didn't realise it would take that long. It took about 20/25 minutes to get to the city centre from the hotel. The rooms are lovely and the shower was great. The room sies get hot at night but there was a fan in the room. I would stay again but would cab it to and from.

Windows need attention. Room window was made of wood and was in poor condition. Had to be physically forced open due to warping. Fittings on window loose. Room in general was good.

They say they have WiFi which I need to work. They haven’t. It simply did not work in my room.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I left something behind and they rang me and posted it on to me, which was kind of them.

One of the best places to stay with a dog. Staff are very dog friendly and the property is quite large to walk your dog around so it's very convenient. The rooms also have a good sized bath so it was excellent!
