Staff were polite & helpful. Room was very clean. I was fortunate to get a room upgrade to the Drift in, so was much spacious than expected.

Sparse furniture in room. No country chair to relax or stool to put on makeup just one computer style chair.

Lovely room and modern. Easy check in and quiet area with a good bar. Bar was expensive for drinks though.

Information was non existent trying to find someone to ask was also non existent it’s ok having self service check in but more signs are needed to indicate where rooms are not have sign hidden behind reception desk. Food was excellent

I can’t fault the hotel, it was a lovely and relaxing stay. I will be back.

friendly staff especially Hannah in reservations who dealt with our amended booking. The bed was very comfy and cosy. Breakfast was a bit disappointing- only one style of eggs - scrambled. Dinner was also very rushed with the preordered food being rushed out. Games facilities were good fun. An enjoyable stay

Nice place to stay. Small bedroom, although as a solo travelling female i didn't feel comfortable having my window open so wide anyone could have climbed in, this did make me wake a few times in the night as it was too warm to leave open. Staff could have been better to explain the facilities, and the food situation was rather confusing with no explanation, i was pretty much able to go and help myself to a 3 course buffet without payment or question from the team. I may have chosen this if i knew about it, but no information about. Table scan option didn't work for ordering food, little disappointing had to join the busy bar que. but the bar dishes where nice - not too much choice on the menu either

Mattress needed replacing,

Great location and food was okay that we had in the bar area. Only downside was the cobwebs in room and rubbish left on wardrobe shelf above hanging rail which gave an impression that cleaning not so great.

The facilities were satisfactory but the downfall is that they a power cut for 30 minutes

Convenient and close to main road.

Helpful staff, beautifully clean hotel, great food and a comfortable bed. Aircon in the room would have been nice, it was hot weather and difficult to keep the room cool enough to sleep well.

Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds.Good choice at breakfast. Very convenient for major roads when travelling. Al in all a good find.

Amazing place to stay and the area around is absolutely beautiful

Always useful to have a shower cap with a rainforest shower.

Cricket bar with retro games, pool.tabkes, darts and sports great. Food lovely. Rooms very very warm, fan provided but good excuse to enjoy the facilities to enjoy cooler air

Beds and pillows a bit to soft. Bed moved as went to sit on it. No locks on the wheels of the base.

Comfortable bed, well rquipped room, even fan with an iron and ironing board.
