Very friendly people. Lovely touch leaving us milk in the fridge. We didnt have any issues and enjoyed our stay. Would go back again.

The hosts could not have been more helpful. The copper room was better than I expected, with a very large comfortable bed, an area to eat, lots of tea & coffee and even fresh milk. The en suit was well designed with a large shower and good quality soft towels. I would not hesitate to return or recommend, this is one of the best rooms we have rented.

Clean and convenient with private entrance and off road parking

Lovely private room with en-suite which was annexed to the owners house. Had its own front door, so was completely self contained. Contact in advance was timely and informative. Friendly owner greeted us upon arrival and encouraged us to be in touch if there were any issues, which there weren’t. Room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Clean, well appointed with a huge, comfy bed and facilities for tea and coffee making and enough cutlery and crockery for a ‘bring your own’ breakfast. Driveway parking is a bonus, as is the short walk to the centre of Braunton with its shops, pubs and restaurants. The Duck Dive served a fantastic evening meal. Just 10 mins from the beautiful north Devon coast. Gorgeous.

Ideal for our 2 night stay exploring North Devon coast. We were welcomed and given helpful local information. There are convenience shops and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Although the location is on a main road, there are parking spaces. Our well equipped room was quiet, being situated in an annex at the back of the house. Ideal for a short stay.

A comfortable place to stay, spacious and clean.

Amazing stay, regular visited to Woolacombe in the summers months at the caravan parks. Found this Gem and will be using them again! Perfect location. 10 minutes from Barnstaple and 10 from Woolacombe! The town it’s situated in is also great! The Room was stunning and the hosts were great too.. No iron in the room so I messaged the host and when I got back to my room from a trip into town, there was an iron and an ironing board their waiting for me! Thank you!
