Where do I start😡I got there and there was no fridge in room which there was when I chose the room and when I complained she said they don’t put fridges in rooms anymore yet it was still advertised with one,if I knew this I wouldn’t have booked it!!The toilet seat was hanging off,no toilet roll,damp all around the skirting boards,no kettle in room yet there was coffee sugar milk sachets,no plug socket by the bed and the t.v run off an extension lead that had to go across the floor in front of the en suite door which is dangerous!!They said I could go to another rental property but said it wouldn’t be ready until 19.30 on the Wednesday night so I packed all my stuff and went but when I got there at 19.15it hadn’t been cleaned so I took pictures of the mess I walked into and sent them to the agent and she sent pictures back the next morning saying it was done by 19.30 which was a lie because I was still hanging around until 19.25 and no one was there!!you should be able to put photos on here so you can see for your self what they are promoting as good accommodation.I’m going to trading standards anyway because this against the law!!

Check in was easy the key door pad worked and the room key was in the locked number coded box. Unfortunately from there it went downhill. A double room for a couple with a queen sized bed. A bed with a mattress which was fit for a skip with every spring boring into my back. Fixtures and fittings falling of the walls and a kettle with a lead so short that you had to put it on the floor because it wouldn't reach to surface it was supposed to be on. The place is full of workers, working away from home,
