部屋はかわいい！最上階のホテルロビーに上がる前の建物１階のカフェにいる店員さんがちょっと不愛想だったのが残念でした。

新しくオープンしたホテルなので綺麗で、スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。 14階の部屋に泊まりましたが、15階が受付とダイニング、16階がバーのせいか、上の階からの音が結構響きました。 ゆっくりされたい方は下の方の階をお願いするといいと思います。

最高に素敵なホテルでした。かわいさ満点、清潔でスタッフもとても親切、立地も抜群です。宿泊した部屋が14階のエレベーターから一番近い部屋でしたが、土曜日は上の15階のカフェの音楽が夜間まで大音量になり、深夜2時まで部屋にガンガン聞こえて睡眠のさまたげになりました。違うお部屋や週末でなければ言う事なしです。

Flott og moderne hotell. Koselig bar og restaurant i toppetasjen. Anbefales. Frokost er vel og merke for høyt priset, med mindre man spiser mye. Beliggenhet perfekt.

The room was spacious, beautiful decorated with fun accessories and very clean. The temperature control was good too. . We had a gorgeous view on the city and we loved those benches to look at the sunset. Great ambiance lighting but so many light switches we kept clicking on everyone to find the right one. The bed and duvet were so comfortable. I’m not a fan of the interior window between the bedroom and the shower/toilet, even if it had a curtain it’s a little weird. I did appreciate the nespresso machine but would have loved a kettle in the room as well. The mini bar was full but we always appreciated a little space to put our own things. Maybe a heated rack in the bathroom would be a good addition as it was a little cold after a shower.

Did not have any breakfast. Room is very nice although the shower has no pressure. The rooftop bar is very chic, food is lovely but seriously over priced.

A very sweet room. We asked for a quiet room so we had a view from 9th floor. Most of the time it was quite. Sometimes we could hear running water or steps from other rooms. Two first mornings the water in the shower was not hot at all. Staff tried to help. It was great at our last morning,staff gave us refund

Location was great, staff were ok, the biggest complaint I have is the amount of noise. I like to sleep in and could hear the sound of the underground passing underneath us every minute of so through my pillow and we were on the 10th floor. Bed was ok, it was kinda hard an I had a hard time sleeping here. I also didn't like the 5% service charge message they send you right after booking. Its discretionary and I had it removed but its still nonsense you have to go through that.

Trevligt, mysigt och personligt hotell med rum som hade fantastisk utsikt över staden, bra lokalisering med nära till allt, otroligt bra frukost. Hela familjen sov mycket bra i mysiga rum. Vi bytte rum då det var högljutt att bo direkt under restaurangen och vi hade barn som sov tidigt men personalen var tillmötesgående. Gillade inte att de använde en sorts doft vid städning och i de allmänna utrymmena. Men jag är mycket känslig för lukter och fastän det doftade rätt ok och sannolikt allergivänligt så hade jag hellre varit utan den. Men generellt ett mycket trevligt hotell med mycket personlighet. Fick intrycket att de har många återkommande gäster

Amazing hotel! The room was a little chilly. Other than that just fantastic!

Lovely plant decorations around the hotel, which create a very nice atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my security deposit. A holding charge was placed on my account on 25 September, but it was not released until 25 October — only after I called to query it. The advisor I spoke to wasn’t able to explain why the charge had not been automatically reversed. If I hadn’t checked my account, I wouldn’t have known that the security deposit was still being held.
