部屋はかわいい！最上階のホテルロビーに上がる前の建物１階のカフェにいる店員さんがちょっと不愛想だったのが残念でした。

新しくオープンしたホテルなので綺麗で、スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーです。 14階の部屋に泊まりましたが、15階が受付とダイニング、16階がバーのせいか、上の階からの音が結構響きました。 ゆっくりされたい方は下の方の階をお願いするといいと思います。

最高に素敵なホテルでした。かわいさ満点、清潔でスタッフもとても親切、立地も抜群です。宿泊した部屋が14階のエレベーターから一番近い部屋でしたが、土曜日は上の15階のカフェの音楽が夜間まで大音量になり、深夜2時まで部屋にガンガン聞こえて睡眠のさまたげになりました。違うお部屋や週末でなければ言う事なしです。

Absolutely fabulous, staff v attentive

Nice hotel, interesting, a bit different and very well situated. Staff were great. Only issues were (1) the room/suite we were given was directly below the rooftop restaurant…there was a lot of residual noise that would have been a problem if we weren’t jet lagged, and (2) the restaurant itself which was chaotic disorganized and unacceptably slow when we dined there.

Friendly and professional staff with a high level of customer care. Room clean, comfortable and well set out. Restaurant and Rooftop bar both offered a variety of excellent food and drink with amazing views. Hotel clean and very well presented throughout with an amazing array of plants and decor.

Great views....good size room and bathroom. Good friendly service in restaurant even though we only drinks.

No heat, loud noise from restaurant, staff not sensible, avoid!

No easy access to gym, hard to move around with luggage carpet. Requiring deposit to be charged as opposed to authorization like 99% of hotels causes unnecessary fees that change your rate per night and caused us to cancel and look for better alternatives. London is full of hotels around the same area that are more transparent on fees. Deposit process should be highlighted when booking as the advertised fee is not what i ended up paying. Difference of approx $20 per night. Doesn’t work for families on a budget.

Flott og moderne hotell. Koselig bar og restaurant i toppetasjen. Anbefales. Frokost er vel og merke for høyt priset, med mindre man spiser mye. Beliggenhet perfekt.

The room was spacious, beautiful decorated with fun accessories and very clean. The temperature control was good too. . We had a gorgeous view on the city and we loved those benches to look at the sunset. Great ambiance lighting but so many light switches we kept clicking on everyone to find the right one. The bed and duvet were so comfortable. I’m not a fan of the interior window between the bedroom and the shower/toilet, even if it had a curtain it’s a little weird. I did appreciate the nespresso machine but would have loved a kettle in the room as well. The mini bar was full but we always appreciated a little space to put our own things. Maybe a heated rack in the bathroom would be a good addition as it was a little cold after a shower.
