ヴィクトリア駅迄歩いて行けるし，スーパーやお店が多く便利でした

ビクトリア駅が古く、エレベーターが無く 階段でのスーツケース運びが大変で 駅からホテル迄、遠かった

お部屋もお風呂場もキレイですが、近くの部屋で使えないドライヤーを使ったようで部屋中にアラームが鳴り響き何事かと思いました。 ホテルではなく、B&Bだと思えば問題ないです。

Black mould in the room. A lot of dust on surfaces and a damp and musty smell throughout. On the plus side the bathroom was spotless and the bed comfortable. Wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night as I suspect the mould isn't conducive to respiratory health.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from Pimlico station. On entry, the room was cold & despite being double glazed, there was a constant draught from the window. Radiator was put on so it got warm later. Small room (13), basic facilities. Dated decor but bed was clean & comfortable. Mouldy grouting round the shower. Rang the bell on entry as couldnt see the staff, but the girl was sitting down and on her phone & I didn't see her, she stood up eventually. Nice guy on reception in the morning when we left, but didn't enjoy it enough to go back.

La habitación demasiado pequeña, no hay espacio suficiente ni para las maletas, además desactivan el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y uno muriendo de calor. Comenté este problema en la recepción y nunca me resolvieron.

Helpful checkin

Staked in a lower ground room (no. 8) which was beside the lift but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room itself was a decent size for the price, well lit and clean. Staff were all friendly and interested - every one of them asked about our day and if the room was OK. There was some low level noise from above - we were directly beneath the reception and could hear footfall. This didn't disturb our sleep and by 10pm there was very little noticeable noise. The wifi worked well, plenty of tea / coffee sachets. Great location. Overall a superb hotel for the price which exceeded our expectations and was way better than some of the recent reviews suggested it was going to be.

They make you wait for hours until after 2 PM before letting you into your room, even though the room is ready. They see you waiting there for hours and don't even have the courtesy to let you in if the room is ready, even if it's just half an hour early. They see you've been waiting for hours, and when 2 PM arrives, they don't even tell you to come and get your room key. If you don't go to them again, they act like they don't even see you. Very bad service

It’s an older hotel, so one can forgive some signs of age it shows. However, the room we rented was impossibly small for two larger people. I was not able to squeeze myself into that tiny shower.

Rooms need updating and a good clean. I had water dripping down the wall from the room above when they showered. Check in was also very slow as the hotel had decided to combine the 4 rooms we had booked into 3. On the plus beding was clean, bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.

3 room doors leading to 3 rooms in small space The room small but usable. One bed the one I was in near the window had a double duvet in a single duvet cover doubled over. The mattress was hard. Noise from other rooms was not good. It felt like a hostel not a hotel and using the word hotel is stretching the truth when you look at the hotel opposite and others in the road

Clean hotel and room but wouldn’t choose the single next time. Could barely get past bed and shower was a squeeze to get in. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable

I was promised a cot but instead got a really small high bed with no railings which meant I had to sleep on the same bed with my baby and husband. The bathrooms did not even have shower gel left in the can. With an interesting amount of limescale buildup in the bathroom. Never coming back for sure

My stay at the Victoria Inn was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Room 13 had a strong sewage smell, visible stains on walls and surfaces, and even hair on the towels. For two days, no cleaning was done, the bed was never made, and we had to request basic items like towels multiple times at reception. The TV and heating remote was missing, the key card kept failing, and no maintenance staff ever showed up despite repeated reports. A receptionist came to check the room and confirmed that nothing had been done about the issues. The soundproofing is non-existent — you can hear every noise from other rooms and the corridors. For more than €250 for two nights, this does not resemble hotel service in any way. Avoid this place. Terrible hygiene, poor management, and complete lack of respect for guests.
