I was staying for 1 night for a business trip, upon arrival the hotel is very big and even on a Thursday afternoon the carpark was very busy. The staff that greeted me were lovely, the hotel definitely has a young vibe and had a "vibrant" mix of clientele. One negative is the extra charges for Parking and use of the Swimming Pool which is a shame especially use of the pool when you are a staying guest. Room was clean but no air con and could need a lick of paint in areas. Walking down the corridor to my room, there was a lot of noise and loud music from various rooms but it didn't affect my sleep as I was at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is pricey for whats on offer too. I can not fault the staff but there are a few things to improve on, however its ok for a quick one night stay

The room was slightly tired. The bed was again, slightly tired ( stained mattress topper ) .could have greatly benefited from aircon.

The parking was paid for through a club room The room is lacking a main light rather than spot lights. The room was facing a massive duct of some sort and this is very noisy so cannot open the window and the dyson cooler is rubbish would have been better of with a fan Because you have opted for dark colours in the bathroom its alway look dirty/ dusty and water marked. Swimming pool is lovely especially in the evening when the lights go off very spa like.

Service and staff and excellent here never had a problem, really helpful. Quality of the breakfast wasn't great and limited options on this visit. No aircon here so on a hot day in some parts of the hotel the room is going to be very warm. Plenty of parking though.

Upgraded to a club room as i found out I had to pay for parking amd wanted access to the gym. Annoyingly this was facing the extremely busy road meaning i couldn't have the window open. The room was hot and i quickly saw why the room had two fans. All disabled bays out the front were taken whe. I arrived, but walking along only 2 cars had badges, so this is not enforced by the hotel. The gym and pool were good, but so busy it was overwhelming. Sauna was too small for a pool area so big. Bed was comfortable, pressure and temperature of shower was not very good. I didnt eat in the restaurant as it is very overpriced for what you get.

Comfy beds but really noisy sounds like a dog barking but think it’s pipes clanking and went on all night very disturbing didn’t sleep much at all not good

A nice stay in all, far better than previous week, bar staff could do with being a bit quicker.

Room was ridiculously hot, no option to turn down, could not open the windows due to road noise. Gym was being refurbishedso poor option on equipment and soace

Probably the dirtiest hotel i think ive ever stayed in, pool area was disgusting pasters in the pool water, actually smells bad

Last minute booking as I had to be in Maidstone very early in the morning.

Room was next to an emergency fire escape which was anything but that, really noisy and in constant use, didn’t sleep very well all week.

Great gym, great service. Good breakfast and big room. A little dated but still nice. Only issue was the water pressure. All in though a solid hotel and perfect for a short business stay.
