バッキンガムの観光には便利なホテルで満足でしたが、残念ながら、部屋の窓の鍵が壊れていました。

Disappointed with the quality of the room. Worn out and tired fixtures. Poor sleep due to other guests getting up at 0600am and being very noisy.

Stayed before, completely different. Room not very clean, staff absent from reception desk and bar regularly. Mattress uncomfortably. Will stay again as this was the first time we had these issues.

Property location was excellent. Old British charm hotel, but the air-conditioning was not best, so it was hot. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was the first time I'd travelled to the property by public transport and I was a little early so checked in and took my complimentary drink, however an hour after check in time the room was still not ready, which was ok especially with another free drink! All was well I watched the huge TV then went out. On return the TV decided it wouldn't work!

Cute property, a little tired. No air conditioning , great Indian restaurant across the road. Great walking distance to everything

A dance night stopover. It was a tad expensive but this was because of a local event and rooms were booked everywhere.

This is the second stay. Was placed in far rooms past courtyard. The bed was hard and pillows so flat. There was no shampoo or conditioner, bottles empty and asked about refilling -bought new from Boots. They had taken out mini fridge, as it showed they was one! no A/C!! It was so hot. No USB plugs, had to borrow, then buy one. 2019 we were above restaurant, so nice and had mini fridge, A/C and a fan and bed was nice. So thought going back would be nice with sister staying there too, and they were above restaurant. Just bad luck this time.

Small but clean and friendly hotel in excellent location -easily accessible to main areas but located in a quiet street.

Wonderful hotel close to Silverstone circuit

Villiers Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and professional.

Pleasant , helpful staff , restaurant too expensive for average food

Had to wait 45 minutes for tea bags, 30 minutes for ice, hair dryer broke, only 2 plug sockets in the room that we could use, 1 by the window and one too far away from the bed to charge at night, hairs in the bath, the shower gel was filled with water, conditioner was empty, had to wait 20 minutes and multiple calls to get it refilled, pillows were thin and seemed underfilled, all staff seemed like they didnt want to be there and whenever we asked for anything, it was made complicated and like we were putting them out by asking for help, supposed to be a high end hotel, would have had better service at a ibis budget. Best parts were the window nook and the size of the room

Lovely hotel

The room was cold on arrival, no heating and thermostat turned to 0, it took a long time to heat up. Was also rather noisy in our room from the music downstairs and the moving of beer barrels late at night.

Got to my suite late. Bath panel off and propped to the side blocking bathroom door. Just went to bed. Next morning no hot water. Obviously a plumbing repair had not been completed but they let the room to me anyway. Obviously if I’d been there earlier in the afternoon/evening I’d have noticed and demanded a room change, but they really should not have allowed the room to be used.
