ウォッチ ツリー アパートメント

This was an excellent place to stay, with historic ironworks in front, whitewater in behind, and a real steam-engine train passing by that looked like something out of a story book. There are two flights of 17 steps each, for a total of 34 steps to get to the flat, and then 14 more inside the cottage to get to the bedroom. The unit was immaculate when we arrived, and well-stocked with essentials, except we could not find bedding for the pull-out bed in the main living area. The grounds were well-kept as well. The bath tub was high and narrow, but with the supplied matt it felt secure. The kitchen was well designed and everything worked perfectly. The location of the unit was perfect for visiting the southern Lake District. Shopping in nearby Ulverston was convenient, and the local roads were easy to navigate. By the end of the week we felt right at home getting to shops, restaurants, etc. The bed was comfortable and we slept easily in the quiet environment.

The apartment was lovely and clean and in the perfect location, I would highly recommend.

Wow! I was wo happy when I arrived at the Watch Tree after the long drive! It was pristine and had those lovely touches and attention to detail so you felt Steve and Jayne really love the place and want you to relax, which i did! The window/riverseat is a wonderful way to have some time out. There's loads to do locally, from walking, swimming, dining out and exploring local sites such as Conishead Priory, and the apartment is weĺl equipped for relaxing and eating in, too. The apartment was bigger than i expected, and the stairs were good for me! I highly recommend the Watch Tree, I felt it was a 5 star stay!
