Food was lovely, staff were amazing, location was superb. Bathroom was a bit run down. Overall experience was fantastic

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in mid October and had a lovely stay - the location of the hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable with a sea view (as we requested) and the breakfast was really good - cooked options as well as pastries, cereal, fruits etc! We also ate at the Rocks Restaurant which I'd highly recommend, the food and service were both brilliant.

Lovely and clean great location

Lovely location , lovely food . Poor service in restaurant , possibly not enough staff. Indoor pool freezing 26/27 outdoor pool only warm if sun remains out with no wind . Slight warm jets go into it on a timer . Apparently both pools are better heated in 6 weeks summer hols.

Very enjoyable stay at a quiet hotel overlooking a small cove.

Very pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed. As the name suggests, there’s no window in the Sun Pipe rooms but otherwise it was large with a good bathroom, air con and internet.

We enjoyed meeting all Staff and found everyone really helpful and friendly. Lovely room, very comfortable. Nice lounge areas too and no dogs. The only thing we found challenging was that the menu for the evening meals didn't change. After two nights, we were lucky that a BBQ had been organised so we could order that for a change. Unfortunately, the BBQ finished at 5pm which was rather early for an evening meal.

Fabulous hotel but book direct, don’t get overcharged by Expedia. We would have saved nearly £80 on our two night stay

An outstanding hotel to stay at, the room was luxurious, the view stunning, the staff attentive, a fabulous break, I shall return next year.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the scenery and local area. I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for price vs level of service and attention to detail which left a bit to be desired despite good intentions.

Lovely property

Good in every respect

The view, quiet and being away from midtown noise. Easy walk to everything. Property needs a little upgrading. Loved the in room personal touches which made a big difference to the stay. The second room of our stay was very small and not conducive to long stays. Very courteous staff.

Meal was disappointing and overpriced for what was presented. Good breakfast but so it should be at the price. Our room 14 suffered from the air conditioning in the pool below our room being on until after mid night and this was an upgrade. We will not be returning
