Windermere駅から徒歩圏内。 ご主人がフレンドリーな方。 おすすめの観光地を教えてくれる。 朝食がイングリッシュブレックファースト。 テーブルがきちんとセッティングされていた。 部屋は若干狭く感じる。 階段しかないが、 女性だとご主人が荷物を運んでくれた。

コンパクトにまとまっておりロケーションもいいが、何しろ狭い。大柄な人には、特に浴室が動きにくいでしょう。三階に行く階段も狭くて急。朝食にフレッシュフルーツがない。

友達と2人で1泊した。場所も駅から近く行きやすかった。お部屋も綺麗で、シャワールームがコンパクトであったが値段相当だと思うので不満はない。お家全体が綺麗で可愛く素敵だった。マンチェスターから電車で2時間の予定が、4時間遅延し午後かのツアーに参加できず途方に暮れていたら、ご主人が自力でいけそうな観光場所を教えてくださった。ホテルに行く前に駅の近くのインフォメーションセンターで在駐日本人スタッフの方と観光ルートを考えていたが、ご主人の気持ちが嬉しかった。 また、朝食も美味しいイングリッシュブレックファーストを食べられてよかった。ご主人のおすすめの奥様の作るスクランブルエッグは美味しかった。また行きたいと思う。

Pleasant enough, just a short walk from Windermere town centre and train/bus station. Friendly and helpful owner.

Very nice and clean room, and above all a great host who took the time to recommend us sights, restaurants, and day trips which all turned out fantastic.

The stay was over priced. £100 for B&B out of season in a very small (9' x 10'6") room with bathroom only slightly larger than the bathroom on an aircraft. There was no room for a chair in the room. A single bed would have been more appropriate for this room. The decor of the room was however very good. The stay did not compare well with my stay at a pub the nights before and after which was priced at £55 for B&B with an appreciable larger and well appointed room, and an equally good breakfast, and off street parking.

Sentralt beliggende, men i et rolig strøk. Kort vei til buss og tog. Hyggelig vertskap, som ga gode råd for oppholdet vårt i Lake District. God, engelsk frokost. Rent og trivelig rom, men badet var lite og trangt. Ankomsten til rommet kan være utfordrende for enkelte på grunn av lange og bratte trapper.

Small and cozy but clean and has everything you need. Wonderful owner, stayed up late to check us in as we arrived really late due to train delays. Even showed us a map, how to get around windermere and told us which towns are worth visiting. You can order a full english breakfast from them as well which tasted nice.

Or stay at White Rose was hampered due to the national rail strike however while we were there our hosts were exceedingly friendly and willing to work with us. The hotel is located right off the main street area of Windermere and is in Easy walking distance. I would recommend this location for a very comfortable getaway

Incredible price for what you get, graham is a fantastic host very knowledgeable and gave us many recommendations of where to go/what to do and we had a great 2 days there essentially due to his recommendations, the place has wifi a TV onsuite and enough space the breakfasts were lovely and best of all the price was very cheap compared to the other places in Windermere absolute 10/10

Very nice hosts, Graham and Alison and nice clean accommodation. Shower not very hot but ok. Went out of their way to provide preferred item for breakfast so happy with that. Good location near train/bus station.

We enjoyed our stay and our host very welcoming. Our twin bedded room was very clean and bright and everything you would want for a couple of nights stay. The shower and toilet was very clean but very small and the shower temperature was ru ning at warm which wasnt hot enough for us. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the b&b was excellent for walking into Windermere. Breakfast was £8 well presented and tasty. Overall a very good stay.

The rooms we booked were in wonderful condition, but the highlight of our stay was the gracious host and excellent English breakfast.

Nice cosy room, went above and beyond to help me when I needed it and incredible breakfast. Would definitely like to stay here again as I was sad to leave.

Excellent service and would certainly visit again, parking was great. The spot was excellent for shops and bars plus restaurants
