So welcoming , lovely clean apartment, breakfast fantastic

A really lovely place to stay even in the depths of winter! Quiet location with a pub a few minutes walk away. Great place to bring your dog. The individual themed rooms with en suites have been really well thought out. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and modern shower room. We had a super delicious breakfast. There was loads of choice. Our host was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

We stayed in the Secret Seven room, it was a very pleasant stay. Bed is extremely comfortable and all amenities are in great condition. The staff are all friendly, there are lots of options at breakfast and all tasty. Would recommend to anyone.

Very welcoming and friendly. We were met by the owner who showed us around and explained all the amenities and gave lots of useful advice. Very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and beautifully cooked. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Reggie the dog even had a sausage cooked for him for breakfast!

Everything was spotlessly clean and they had been so thoughtful about all the little extras that make staying away from home comfortable - access to a kitchen with plates, cutlery, fridge and microwave etc that allows you the freedom to eat in your own room rather than having the expense of eating out each night.

Welcoming and friendly hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Clearly enjoy what they do, pride in business. Bed and linen superb, rooms- attention to detail with furnishings snd facilities. Gardens pretty. Love all the Dick and Jane and other eclectic memorabilia. Bringing back childhood memories. Loved out stay and will definitely be back, already planning when. Quite peaceful location. Really cute dog. Thank you so much.

From the minute we entered the property it was like being in a beautiful new world. The grounds were lovely & our room was so comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Dick the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating.
