Plenty of parking spaces right outside the entrance. Staff are so friendly. Lake view from the well maintained gardens. Powerful hot shower. Lovely good priced food. Could do with a bit more drawer space in the family room, and a plug socket near the kettle. Would definitely recommend. Lovely warm swimming pool as well. Plenty of towels to use.

We have just got back from a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The location, staff and facilities are fantastic, it is a lovely building. We've stayed in many hotels but this one really delivered on all fronts. We really appreciated the views from our bedroom which were absolutely awesome (from our room we could see Windermere and the surrounding scenery) we felt so lucky. The pool was lovely, clean and well serviced, with complimentary towels. The hotel gardens were beautiful. The restaurant and bar was a delightful experience, we enjoyed both evening meals and our breakfast, plenty of choice in terms of food and diet to suit most tastes. We will certainly be booking again and can't wait to return. Thank you so much to management and staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

チェックイン前に荷物を預かって欲しかったが、駅に戻って預けて来いと言われた。旅行者の利便性は頭に無い。粘ったところ、ロビーに置いて良いと言われたが何があっても知らないと。。親切心の無いホテル。

このホテルは車道から少し上がった所にあります。ホテルの表示が目立たず、また一方向にしかないため、地元の人でも入り口を間違えました。16人乗り以上の中大型のバスは玄関までは入れず、下の展望台の駐車場に止める必要があるため、大きいスーツケースの移動は不可能です。今回は荷物輸送のためにタクシーを利用せざるを得ませんでした。ホテルにポーターサービスを予め希望しましたが、そのようなサービスはないとのことでNo.
出発時朝食の時間を少し早めてもらうように依頼しましたがこれもNo.

All staff courteous and helpful, bar staffed as and when tbh.
Isolated. A 2 mile rustic, pleasant, mainly downhill stroll to Bowness town centre. Taxi back haha.

Great staff and very helpful. Good lcoation in proximity to Windermere and Bowness with ample car parking. Room was in the cottage out building and was large and comfortable. Onyl thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness around things like skirting borads, cobwebs up walls, and the shower base edges where it hadn;t been cleaned for a long time. Breakfast provided is perfect, evening food is ok.

The hotel provided a fab stay for us in the Lakes. The staff were very helpful, particularly the lady on the afternoon/evening reception desk! She went above and beyond to be kind! The hotel was 10 mins walk to the shores of Windermere. The pool was great and the breakfast was lovely! Highly recommended!

Staff were absolutely lovely .. very friendly and helpful & happy to advise and assist any way they could.
The hotel itself was equally as nice.
Our room was lovely and clean.
The bar & restraunt area was very comfortable... lots of charm.
Considering its dog friendly ... you'd never know.... it's wonderfully clean.
Breakfast was very good as well.
I'd definitely recommend & visit again.
