Spotlessly clean garden room with a good sized kitchen and lounge and bathroom with lovely toiletries. Two minute walk to village with excellent shops and pubs and ten minute walk to Blenheim Palace.

Lovely property - stayed in Tailors which has a pretty private garden. Very clean and well appointed. Fantastic position for the village and eateries. Pauline and David are great hosts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again :)

We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. Thoughtful provision of milk, orange juice, water, biscuits plus teas and coffee was very welcome after a long journey. Location to the characterful town of Woodstock is perfect, just a few minutes stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. You won't need to use the excellent kitchen in the suite as there are plenty of nice places to eat. If going into Oxford, use the Peartree park and ride, 5.00 for two people! We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and recommend Yew Tree House wholeheartedly.

Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. The accommodation itself was high spec, peaceful and extremely comfortable for a short stay. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean well maintained apartment. Close to all local amenities. We were greeted by the very friendly owner. Who gave advice re bus services etc

Everything has been considered to make guests entirely comfortable in Yew Tree House and what is unique is the size of the studio and the relaxed atmosphere created by the spaciousness and the warm welcome.

Beautiful accommodation one minute walk from Woodstock High Street and square. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Bus stop to Oxford at end of road and costs £2. We stayed in Tailors suite which is a self contained flat, as opposed to studio flat, access to lovely garden and off road parking. Highly recommend this property. Our host Pauline was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and made us feel at home. All in all, a perfect stay!

Beautiful property and excellent hosts…we stayed in the Garden suite…the bedroom and kitchen is all together…5 minute walk into Blenheim and marvellous pubs and restaurants in Woodstock!! Oh and it’s only £2 on the bus into Oxford!!!

A lovely property in an excellent location, spotlessly clean, and a knowledgeable host.

The property was in perfect condition, clean and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable. Great location full of historical places and easy access to Oxford. I greatly recommend this accomodation and would certainly book it again, should I find myself in that location.

Beautiful, neat and easily accessible... On arrival I was welcomed by my host and shown to my suite. Clean, lovely scent and quiet. Very tranquil and prime position. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

From the welcome from Pauline, to the attention to detail in the room, to the great location (you are a very short walking distance from everything in the town and entrance to the Blenheim Palace grounds) and easy parking in front of the house, all this combined to make the perfect stay in Woodstock. Thank you Pauline, it was a delight to stay at Yew Tree, which is clearly a labour of love that you share with your guests making it a very special place to stay.

We loved our stay at Yew Tree House! Incredibly well appointed suites, beautiful location, warm and friendly hosts - what's not to love? Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to be back in this part of the world at some stage and if we are, we will definitely make a return trip to Yew Tree House.

We had a wonderful stay at Yew Tree House. The suite was a mini home from home, the decor was lovely and the furnishings stylish and extremely comfortable, especially the king-size bed, all in all everything you need. We received a really warm welcome from our host Pauline, who had a wealth of knowledge about Woodstock and the surrounding area, and nothing was too much for her, thank you. We will return with our friends.

Everything about our stay was spot on. Friendly reception on arrival, spotless and comfortable accommodation and very well situated.

Good service

We stayed in the Balcony Suite which is on the first floor. Everything was as described and pictured. The suite was light, comfy and very nicely furnished and decorated. Pauline, our host, was there to greet us on arrival and gave us a brief overview. Self contained kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t utilise during this stay. Off street parking was a bonus for Woodstock. Easy walk to everything including Blenheim Palace. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excellent - all round. Stayed in the Balcony Suite; clean, tidy, great layout. Loved the attention to detail with washing up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels provided, along with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other essentials! Pauline the owner came to say hello - warm and friendly. Can’t beat the location for walks, dining and shops. Well worth a stay and if we ever came to Oxford again, we would definitely stay again.
