Best nights sleep in a long time the bed was amazing

Didn't end up staying here due to the heatwave and the property's lack of air conditioning, but have some thoughts on the little time spent here: We booked this as the listing made it look like a lovely, modern place to stay, but upon arrival was a little put off. We arrived at night after a late flight and there's no Zozy Gladstone signage so took a minute to figure out if it was the actual place as it's just on a residential street, and first impressions of the place were honestly a little grim. We booked the Serenity room which was very basic and bare boned, but as stated above didn't end up staying the night as the room was insanely hot and there were no air cooling facilities at all. I knew the property had no air con when the booking was made months ago (which would have been fine on a normal day) but to not even have a fan or anything in the room when the heatwave was obviously known about just seems mad. There would have been no way to comfortably stay there so after spending a short time in the room we left for an air conditioned hotel. The few positives I have about the room are: it had its own bathroom (although it was quite small and not really the cleanest), its own fridge, and the bed seemed comfortable enough when sat on. It'd probably be fine for a quick one-night stop, but definitely not in any sort of hot weather, and I probably wouldn't book another Zozy property again.
