部屋がとても可愛くて暖かくて、設備も私たちには充分でした。旧市街にも程よい距離で歩いてアクセスできるし、タリンの素敵な毎日に感謝します。

とてもスタッフはとても親切。部屋は広く、清潔で快適です。

レセプションは、24時間ではないですが、困ったときに親切に対応してくれました。 旧市街には近いですが、フェリーターミナルからは遠いので、フェリーでタリンに来る場合はタクシーの利用がよいと思います。

Beautiful, cosy, well equipped and specious apartment. Perfect contact with the host. Location is about 10 minuts walk to the old town.

Kaikki tarvittava löytyi, paitsi meille oli tarjolla vain teetä eikä pikakahvia huoneessa. Käytävällä kyllä oli maksullinen automaatti. Ihanat croissantit aamuksi valmiina. Pehmeät pyyhkeet ja tyynyt. Nurkissa oli hieman pölyä, mutta sitä tulee äkkiä joka paikassa missä on ilmastointilaitteita. Rauhallinen, kaunis ja mukava ympäristo.

The access codes we had been given didn't work at the gate. Their "online reception" is really just an artificial unintelligence bot on WhatsApp, and it kept saying it couldn't find our booking and couldn't help us because we had booked through Hotels.com instead of Revelton directly. Mind you, texting the unhelpful bot is the only way to communicate with Revelton, you cannot even call them when there's a problem. Luckily other guests arrived and they kindly let us in through the gate, and fortunately our apartment access code did work. Otherwise we would have been left standing outside in the dark and drizzle with no idea what to do. 20 minutes later we received another text with a different gate code (not sure if it was from a real person or still the bot), but we were too afraid to leave the apt anymore to test it, since there was a risk of getting stranded outside for the night in case the new code didn't work either. We had to order in for dinner. In addition, the sofa was covered in stains, there was a ripped hole in the sheets and the unmarked step by the bed was dangerous. Otherwise the apt would have been decent for a short stay, but the complete lack of real communication options with the staff made such a negative impression that I would never stay here again. If all goes well, it's fine, but in case of trouble, you're on your own. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

Super easy check-in and out. Clean. Prompt responses by staff to inquiries. Appreciated that welcome pastries and sensitive skin laundry pods were provided. I had everything I needed for a great stay.Thank you!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Zwischenreinigung sollte in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes erfolgen und nich einen Tag vor Abreise.

Cozy apartment, great team. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment and had the opportunity to leave our luggage for the last day in Tallinn. Thank you very much for the hospitality and the attention.

Ihana vanha, tyylikkäästi peruskorjattu rakennus, viihtyisät piha-alueet oleskelupenkkeinern ja leikkipaikkoineen. Todella rauhallinen alue Kassisaba (Kissanhäntä). Huolehtiva, aktiivinen yhteydenpito vuokranantajilya. Täysi kymppi!

Great spot to stay with family. Clean and modern units with kitchen. Affordable and safe parking in the backyard.

This is an exceptional property. A gem not to overlook. The staff and accommodations were fantastic and attention was given to every detail. I highly recommend this hotel. My stay was truly delightful in an wonderfully clean, quiet and safe space.
