I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional ,they truly set the tone for a great experience. The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended

近くにショッピングモールがあり、買い物には不自由しませんでした。また、ミニバスの乗り場が近く、温泉、国立博物館、ムババネ市内に行くに便利でした。朝食のメニューも豊富です。寝間着や簡易スリッパはありません。シャワーの湯の温度や勢いは、時間帯によっては日本のよりもやや不安定に感じました。

The room (141 in the new part) was bleak and strangely designed, feeling cold and prison-like. We don't think you should have opened it when the courtyard was not yet finished (artificial grass and no garden). The old pool area was OK but there were no tables and chairs there.

Comfortable overnight stay. Nothing to be excited about. Bathroom area looks and feels dated. Little attention to detail in the room and bathroom. Breakfast - salt & pepper condiments were filthy dirty and not wiped down from previous use by other guests. Disgusted!

We were disturbed in the night by the security man who decided to let two women who had swam in the pool until midnight and opened the doors for them and closing the doors with a chain which was extremely noisy and also his radio was on and he was talking into it loudly not far from our room. When we went for breakfast we were told we could it take an apple even though we paid for it and had to return it in front of other guests. I questioned this with the lady on the desk and told her a local had taken fruit out and why we were not allowed. Her answer was not convincing and we were very disappointed.
