Excellent service from the staff and fantastic location. Team was friendly and proactive. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Evrywhere that i turned i was greeted by more customer service and even greater smiles and accommodations. I truly enjoyed my time there.

Nothing but a pleasant stay what every person dream!

If well managed, the place can be great. The latter part of the pay-off line - 'Traditional Values . International Standard' lacks in many ways. Business Double room sold as breakfast included only to be told otherwise at the restaurant - felt cheated. Could afford the breakfast but boycotted in protest. Reckless noise through late night Saturday. Check-in was inefficient with card key not working, billboy a bit rude and room changed arbitrarily. Communication was selfish with no client orientation - reception called around 09:30h for checkout when normal time is 12 noon - annoying.

Staff friendliness, airport shuttle punctuality, inclusive breakfast choices, housekeeping and spa services, as well as jovial doormen greetings. I will stay there again. Pietro T.

My family stayed in the hotel and they enjoyed their time. Thanks for the nice hospitality.

The level of customer service offered by the company was exceedingly subpar, unresponsive, and deficient in support. I found myself stranded in the airport throughout the entirety of the night as a result of their lack of attentiveness towards their patrons. I advise against utilizing this hotel for any individual.

The reception Reps have a bad attitude and do not display good customer service. The other staff on the other hand are AWESOME! The hotel from the exterior is not what it seems on the inside ..like a book with a shiny beautiful cover but the content is sub par or not what was advertised. Whatever the rating is for this hotel, drop it down by 1. The rooms: * leaking showers * out of control faucets * toilet seats are not fitted properly * cabinet doors ( closets & shelving ) need maintenance * bed(s) are very comfortable * light fixtures work but are broken (including the window arms) * clean on the surface level but need a serious paint job on the walls This hotel has great Indian restaurant to live for if you like Indian Cuisine.

There was a blood stain on sheet. I advised front desk the issue thinking it may be isolated incident and to give them a chance to explain. Insteady of taking ownership to the issue they insisted there were no blood on sheet. This place is a FILTH.
