Listen. I've always stayed here when i traveled to Addis Ababa. For the last 4yrs. And mainly because of the staff. House cleaning(burtukan), kitchen(Abdul), front desk(asfar). And it is a few others. But as far as the owner or owners of the property. They have done absolutely no upgrades. Even more so, they haven't fixed anything that had has broken or gotten old. From the ceilings in bathrooms, the bathtubs, the handles on the windows, replacing the mattresses, installing better light bulbs, the drain system. Etc. Yeah, they truly hurt my feelings this trip. I strongly believe i won't be ever going back to nazra. And that hurts. Because they was like my distant family when it came to getting hotel room for my stay in Addis.

The location is good, friendly staff, clean, and safe.

N/A. Nothing bad to say, nothing extremely good to say. But i think they should really look in to some upgrades and upkeep on the rooms.

The hotel is closed from the public. This is a robbery. I want there but the hotel is closed temporarily. Please refund my money. I have to pay for another hotel. I am out of the U.S.A. I will be back in a month. Right now I don’t even have a phone access.

The staff are courteous, the rooms clean and, most importantly, the internet is pretty reliable by Ethiopian standards. Decent gym too. Depending on room, the noise from the road can be loud at times.

Vastaanoton osa henkilökunnasta olivat erittäin palvelualttiita ja hoitivat asiansa erinomaisesti. Kerrossiivoojat olivat jotenki unessa ja kaikki asiat piti pyytää erikseen, jopa vessapaperikin. pääsi loppumaan. Ei vararullaa.. Pyyhkeet ja lakanat olivat likaisen harmaita ja haisivat voimakkaasti pesuaineelle, tuli allergiaoireita.Saunaa ei lämmitetty kuten sovittiin.Aamupala oli ala-arvoinen samoin ravintolan ruoka. Ruokailumahdollisuudet olivat alle arvostelun.

It was ok. Needs lots of improvement in their bathrooms..... leaking water.... etc.... courtins were teared and lots of things not working properly. The carpet had stains on it. The restaurant was awesome and the servers were very respectful and nice. No air conditioning or heating in the room.

I stayed and Nazra for 2 nights early this week. Good hotel close to my office. friendly staff. Good variety of meals and drinks available in the restaurant.

Nazra Hotel was clean and comfortable. Carpets a bit worn down but overall fine.

AMAZING staff! From the lobby men to the front desk to the restaurant to the spa and gym. Accommodating as well.

Good service and staff were very nice. Had an issue with hot water in the room.

I'm a big fan of this hotel. The service is excellent, very friendly and always trying to go the extra mile. Great value. Perhaps most importantly, the internet is strong and reliable. .

It was nice stay ..staff was great..food was good..room price was just right...very clean..available transportation almost 24 hour's

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Wifi could be better. Connectivity was not consistent.

The hotel was very nice, the staff friendly and accomodating. The room was very large with all the necessary features. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

Great hotel for the price only problem is at night music from the bars and clubs play all night long, is was the biggest downfall for the location of the hotel. I was on the seventh floor on the side of Main Street and it was extremely loud all night long. We had one of the problems we called guest services for some tea cups they sent someone up to the room, she took of our old dirty cups and clean them in the bathroom and return back to us right in front of myself and my wife. a little shocking, but management but I have been traveling for a long time I was on my I'm sure that was not the first time this is happened.

Took us 45min to reach the hotel since the road in front of the hotel was under massive construction. Hotel is not located in an area where you can really walk as it is a bit off the main Bole road. Staff did not provide much help to book taxi at decent prices nor suggest any things to do nearby...way too expensive for such hotel quality and service. I would not go again

My stay was only short but it was comfortable
