お湯の出力が弱い… これでは、浴槽にお湯を貯めても温かくない

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room making it difficult to sleep at night. The lift smells badly and did not function sometimes. The breakfast is very poor, only bread and egg are served all the time.

This hotel offers awesome value for money! Superb location near the airport, tight security, and plenty of dining options nearby. Great choice!

During my stay in August it was a very pleasant place to stay. Other then construction going on nearby. Staff was very helpful. Cleanliness was great. My biggest concern was safety. But I felt safe walking in most places. And using hail rides was pretty safe and drivers get called if they wonder off the route.

I checked in for 3 days. The room was dirty and the shower water was cold, so I checked out after the first day. When I asked for a refund for the next two days they said I had to go through Expedia. I asked for a receipt to prove I checked out and they said it was in the system, but they could not give me a paper receipt. I contacted Expedia for my refund and the hotel has been unresponsive to Expedia for over a week. I do not recommend, you will have poor conditions and never get your money back.

The service at the front desk was exceptional. The room was clean. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. I recommend Sherar to other visitors.

Informou ter translado do Aeroporto para o Hotel mas na hora em que pedi ficaram me enrolando depois de 30 minutos esperando pediram para eu pegar um taxi que pagariam para mim, chegando no hotel ninguém resolveu e eu mesmo paguei o taxi. O quarto toda a agua utilizada da pia vazava para o chão e não tem ar condicionado.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The free airport shuttle was easy to arrange. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were all high quality.

No reply for my late check in request. Unproper invoice on check out. Hotel is clean. Crew is friendly. Not a price match one.

This hotel is based on four stars but is actually less than one star. A trek has been with them. From the shuttle from the airport and I waited for two hours without any response. finally decided to go by taxi and unfortunately no one knew the hotel because it was new which made me look bitter about it inside Addis. It also impoverishes the most basic elements of the hotel. The staff are very good especially reception staff and customer service manager Mrs. kudis , Hotel management is the worst management you can see . There was no water in the room during my stay, which made me leave for another hotel nearby Most of the activities described by the hotel website are not actually available, which made me angry at the site first and this is under the circle of fraud and deception I do not advise anyone to visit them. At the same time, I advise them to hire someone with experience in the field Don’t look @ picture’s in real everything’s different I just wanna ask ‘’ hotel .com’’ are you sure about you provide it for this hotel?!
